Definitions
- the invention relates to a trench shoring device consisting of trench shoring boxes, which consist of two against each other with trench width with the help of spindle spreaders supported standard trench plates are constructed, and from at least one Shaft shoring box that measures a width that exceeds the trench width transverse to the trench longitudinal direction - has and a standard trench plate on each Shaft wall and transverse to the longitudinal direction of the trench at the longitudinal ends of each the trench plates releasably attached manhole plates, the latter after placing it in the ground with the trench plates of an adjacent one Trench sheeting box can be coupled.
- trench shoring - e.g. for the purpose of channel laying - trench plates are using supported in pairs by spindle spreaders.
- the single trench plate is generally rectangular, has at the bottom edge to be driven into the ground a cutting edge and is on the upper edge opposite the cutting edge - So the so-called anvil edge - designed so stable that it with the excavator shovel is to be pressed into the ground.
- Side edges can be such a trench plate, generally on the trench turned inner surface, firmly formed, in particular welded, tabs for connecting trench plates adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the trench.
- a spindle strut is a stamp that, for example in the middle, has a screw spindle, with the help of which the stamp can be made longer or shorter.
- a pair of trench plates becomes the Forming a trench shoring box generally stabilized by four spindle struts.
- the transition does from the normal width of the trench to the larger shaft width problems. Because you are investing in special parts to make a place to build one
- the inspection box surrounding the inspection shaft is often the most adventurous Tools used to support the shaft area.
- the trench is often brought at a distance from that for the inspection shaft provided space on the shaft width. That means either a risk of collapse or significantly more soil to be removed than actually for construction of the canal and the shaft would be required.
- a trench shoring device that can possibly be integrated into a shaft shoring box is disclosed in EP-A-0027 576.
- a A series of trench shoring boxes with a normal width can be installed.
- Trench plates sheeting plates
- To compensate for the changing Trench width is at the ends of the trench plates - via height adjustable Clamping shoes - connecting pieces that can be extended telescopically, used.
- the connectors have holes on their longitudinal ends.
- the Bores are assigned to the substantially vertical longitudinal ends of the (built-in) trench plate bolts. After installing the trench plates each adjacent longitudinal edges coupled together in that two Bolts opposite one another with one of the connecting pieces get connected. Here, the two holes of the connector hooked over the bolts.
- the horizontal distance between the two holes can by changing a telescope integrated in the connector to the actual one
- the distance between the bolts can be adjusted.
- a vertical offset from neighboring Known mounting plates with the help of a higher adjustable clamp connection - Consists of a clamping shoe (on one plate) and the associated one Clamping rail (on the other plate) - can be compensated.
- the invention has for its object one in a normal - ie from standard trench plates existing - trench shoring to be integrated shaft shoring box to create, which essentially gets along with standard trench plates, so that the amount of soil to be excavated and the risk of collapse are minimized. Furthermore, precautions should be taken that allow inaccuracies when driving in the shaft shoring box or the previous trench shoring box compensate with civil engineering means.
- the solution according to the invention for the trench shoring device specified at the outset exists with trench shoring boxes that follow one another along the trench and at least one manhole box in that the manhole box before the Installation in the floor with attached manhole panels as in horizontal cross-section U-shaped structure can be erected in one piece and that the respective Coupling the shaft plate and the adjacent trench plate from a vertically lying first bolt and a horizontally movable opposite the trench plate or shaft plate each mounted on this, vertically movable with the first Bolt connected, second bolt exists.
- a shaft sheeting box according to the invention thus consists of two after installation in the installed state in horizontal cross-section approximately U-shaped structures, the standard trench plates formed base lines of the U-shape by conventional spindle braces be kept at such a mutual distance that the mutual Distance of the opposite free ends of the U-legs, that are the free vertical edges of the manhole panels, about the same size as the normal trench width, that is the mutual distance of the trench plates in the Normal part of the trench, where only one pipe has to be laid.
- manhole slabs according to the invention are in principle similar to standard trench slabs built up; however, they are measured in the horizontal direction the erected slab - much narrower than the normal trench slabs. In the In practice, their use is also not limited to use with shaft boxes, rather they are used wherever trench slabs with less than the normal length. a shaft shoring box according to the invention can therefore be assembled with the help of existing components at the construction site.
- the shaft plate with the trench plate is a positive Bolt-eye coupling connected so that the U-shape is erected Formation of two manhole slabs and one ditch slab immovable in itself - how one-piece - can be pressed into the ground. Owns for this purpose the shaft plate as well as the trench plate on the lower edge of a cutting edge.
- the coupling of the trench plate belonging to the shaft shoring box with the one on hers Both longitudinal ends of the manhole panels preferably consist of one Bolt connector, which is geometrically designed and the shape of the adjacent Plate edges is adjusted that after inserting the bolt mutual movement of the trench slab and the shaft slab is excluded is.
- An erected shaft shoring box according to the invention with two opposing standard trench plates and a total of four shaft plates attached immovably to the longitudinal ends of the trench plates is erected to produce a shaft with the aid of the spindle struts and pressed into the ground at the intended position following the last preceding trench box; the soil is excavated to the required extent or removed in some other way.
- care is taken to ensure that the free ends of the opposing U-legs (shaft plates) of the manhole box facing each other arrive as exactly as possible adjacent to the free longitudinal ends of the previously installed trench box. After completing this work, the free ends of the U-legs are coupled to the free longitudinal ends of the trench plate of the adjacent trench shoring box.
- a coupling is provided between the shaft plate and the adjacent trench plate with a vertically lying rail of the trench plate and with a slide mounted horizontally movable relative to the shaft plate, the slide being to be connected to the rail in a vertically movable manner; (Alternatively, the rail can be attached to the shaft plate and the slide can be stored on the trench plate).
- Such a connection makes it possible to compensate for inaccuracies, which are often of the order of magnitude of several cm, in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction.
- This embodiment of the invention is particularly simple if both the rail as well as the carriage are designed as bolts and if the carriage forming bolts with one eye over the bolts forming the rail.
- the coupling according to the invention can make the connection stable at this point even if the plate levels are positioned at an angle to each other in the ground.
- the trench shoring device consists of trench sheeting boxes 1, each are constructed from a pair of standard trench plates 2.
- the trench slabs 2 with the help of spindle spreaders 3, which face in on the trench 4 Inner surface 5 of the trench plates 6 provided become.
- two trench plates 2 are used to form one Trench shoring box 1 by four spindle struts 3, which are in the four strut bearings 6 each trench plate 2 are added, supported against each other.
- the respective Trench 4 is made so wide (and so deep) that a trench L Pipeline to be laid, in particular a sewer 7, on the trench floor Has space.
- the trench plates 2 are ahead with the provided at the lower end of the cutting edge 8 driven into the ground.
- each roughly rectangular trench plate has two vertical ones after erection Longitudinal edges 10 on which devices, e.g. welded tabs 11, with Bores, e.g. for a bolt 12 are provided. Over the tabs 11 and Bolts 12 and other connectors, not shown, can be in the trench 4 adjoining trench sheeting boxes 1 are coupled together.
- the shaft shoring box is total designated with 14. It consists of a pair against each other by usual Spindle struts 3 supported standard trench plates 2 on the longitudinal direction L parallel longitudinal shaft walls and out (with a complete shaft installation box) four shaft plates 15, which define the transition between the wide shaft box 14 and the relatively narrow trench sheeting box 1.
- the shaft plate 15 welded tongues 16 with on the inner surface 5 of the trench plate 2 provided tabs 17 connected by bolts 18. With this positive Coupling is taken to ensure that the attached to the tab 17 adjacent longitudinal edge 10 of the trench plate 2 butt against the shaft facing the shaft Inner surface 19 of the manhole plate 15 abuts and that the tongue 16 with a longitudinal edge 20 abuts the inner surface 5 of the trench plate 2.
- a mutual one Movement of shaft plate 15 and trench plate 2 is under these circumstances not possible anymore; generally at least along the longitudinal edge 10 two connections, each with a bolt 12, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, intended.
- a shaft shoring box erected with the aid of generally four spindle spreaders 3, consisting of two trench plates 2 and four manhole plates 15, is a total - Similar to an erected trench sheeting box 1 - placed in the ground.
- the manhole box 15 When the manhole box 15 has reached the final position, it will coupled with the vertical longitudinal edges 10 of the adjacent trench sheeting box 1, as is the case in particular on the basis of the enlarged representations of FIGS. 3 to 5 is shown.
- a similar one to a shaft installation box will be similar Trench sheeting box coupled.
- These couplings have to adapt to inaccuracies when driving in the shaft shoring box 14 or trench shoring box 1 allow in horizontal and vertical directions. In the rough operation on the construction site and because of the unpredictable structure of the floor is a cm-accurate positioning the parts to be connected of trench sheeting box 1 and shaft sheeting box 14 in generally not feasible.
- an eye screw is used in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 21, that is a bolt with an eye 22 for insertion a bolt 23 is provided.
- the bolt 23 according to the embodiment is shown in tabs 24 provided near a longitudinal edge 10 of a trench plate 2, so that after installation (in the floor) it is essentially vertical.
- the Eye screw 21 is pulled through the shaft plate 15 and on the Inside 19 with an abutment 25, e.g.
- a screw or a wedge like this held that the eyebolt 21 at this point, at least after tightening of the abutment 25 against the outer surface 26 facing the ground Manhole plate 15, a fixed connection between the longitudinal end 10 of the trench plate 2 and the manhole plate 15.
- the eye screw 21 Before tightening the abutment 25 the eye screw 21 can thus be moved with its eye 22 on the bolt 23 be that the eyebolt 21 easily through the associated opening the shaft plate 15 is to be inserted.
- This opening leaves within the scope of the invention an adaptation of the coupling to any inaccuracies in the horizontal Assignment of boxes 1 and 14 to be connected. This is because preferably the opening associated with the eye screw 21 in the shaft plate 15 is not formed as a hole, but as a slot 27. In this slot 27, the eye screw 21 in the horizontal direction 28 possible discrepancies during insertion one or the other box 1, 14 - as well as in direction 29 along the bolt 23 - follow.
- Fig. 4 shows the slot 27 in view A (viewing direction perpendicular to the Manhole plate 15). 4 can in the vertical direction 29 moved along the bolt 23 and in the horizontal direction 28 along the slot 27 become. - If angular rotations of boxes 1 and 14 or their Parts to be feared can also be adjusted in the corresponding circumferential direction 30 (with respect to the axis of the bolt 23) allows, if namely the clear width of the eye 22 a corresponding game compared to Has diameter of the bolt 23.
