Die beiden Taster 5 und 6 sind auf dem Schlitten 14 befestigt und werden mit diesem in den Richtungen des Doppelpfeils 16 mitbewegt.
Die Taster 5, 6 werden durch Zugfedern in ihre in Fig. 1 gezeigten Grundstellungen gebracht.
Die Arbeitsweise der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung wird nachfolgend näher erläutert.
Um den Stapel 2 von der in Figur 3 gezeigten Stellung in die in Figur 4 gezeigte vertikal ausgerichtete Abzugsstellung zu bringen wird der Stapel 2 gemäss den Figuren 5 bis 7 dynamisch aufgestellt und falls erforderlich ein Druckausgleich geschaffen. Steht der Stapel 2 vertikal und nicht nach vorne oder nach hinten geneigt, so ist ein Aufstellen selbstverständlich nicht erforderlich.

Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum Vereinzeln von auf einem endlosen Transportmittel (1) stapelweise, stehend zugeführten, flachen Gegenständen wie Briefe, Taschen und ähnlichen Versandstücke (2) mit einem umlaufenden Förderorgan (3) einer Fördervorrichtung (4), das am vorderen Stapelende das vorderste Versandstück (2a) flachseitig erfasst und quer zur Stapelbildungsrichtung (12) in einer Abzugsebene (A) abträgt, wobei die Fördervorrichtung (4) zur Anpassung des Förderorgans (3) an das Stapelmass hubartig versetzbar angetrieben ist und wobei zum Erkennen der Versandstücklage am vordersten Stapelende zwei im Abstand übereinander liegende Taster (5, 6) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hubbewegung der Fördervorrichtung (4) zum Aufstellen geneigter Versandstücke (2a, 2b) von einem Steuermittel (17) gesteuert wird. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass,
dass die beiden Taster (5, 6) so angeordnet sind, dass ein mit seinem oberen Rand zurückgeneigtes Versandstück (2a) zuerst einen unteren Taster (6) und ein mit dem oberen Rand vorgeneigten Versandstück (2a) zuerst einen oberen Taster (5) betätigt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
dass der obere Taster (5) eine höhere Tastgenauigkeit aufweist als der untere Taster (6). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
die Versandstücke (2a, 2b) des vordersten Stapels (2) aufgrund der Detektion des wenigstens einen Fühlers (5, 6) dynamisch durch Bewegungen des Förderorgans (3) und/oder des endlosen Transportmittels (1) aufgestellt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
das Förderorgan (3) und/oder das endlose Transportmittel (1) für einen Druckausgleich innerhalb des Stapels (2) relativ zueinander bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
nach dem Druckausgleich das endlose Transportmittel (1) und das Förderorgan (3) parallel und relativ zueinander bewegt werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
wenigstens ein Taster (5) mit einem Drehgeber (9), vorzugsweise einem Absolutdrehgeber, verbunden ist und dieser ein Signal abgibt, das einem Abstand eines vorderen Versandstückes (2a) zur Abzugsebene (A) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass
dass wenigstens einer der Taster einen auftreffenden Stapel (2) bremst.
