Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Rückführung von Abgasen bei einem Verbrennungsmotor bei der in den Ansaugkanal des Verbrennungsmotors in Strömungsrichtung hinter einer Drosselklappe (2) eine vorgebbare Menge von rückgeführtem Abgas einleitbar ist, wobei in der Abgasrückführleitung (5) ein Ventil (8) eingefügt ist, das in einem vorgegebenen Mengenverhältnis Abgas und Frischluft durchlässt und somit ein Luftabgasgemisch zur Einleitung in den Ansaugkanal erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgas auf einen ersten Eingang des Ventils (8) geführt ist und daß dessen zweiter Eingang über eine Frischluftleitung (9) mit einem Luftfilter (1) verbunden ist, durch welchen Frischluft dem Ventil (8) zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Ventil (8) derart getaktet ist, dass das jeweils vorgegebene Mengenverhältnis einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Frischluft aus einem Luftfilter (1) im Ansaugtrakt des Verbrennungsmotors abgezweigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Taktverhältnis des getakteten Ventils (8) so gewählt ist, dass der Anteil des Abgases im Luft-Abgas-Gemisch im Bereich von 20% bis 40% liegt, wobei die Fischluft ein Temperatur von ca. 60°C und das Abgas eine Temperatur von ca. 222°C hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin Strömungsrichtung vor dem getakteten Ventil (8) eine Kühlvorrichung (6) für das rückgeführte Abgas vorhanden ist, die an einen vorhandenen Kühlkreislauf für den Verbrennungsmotor angeschlossen ist.
