Definitions
- the invention relates to a converter, in particular for Fresh iron, with a tilting converter vessel and a support ring mounted in a trunnion, which is at a distance from the converter vessel is arranged, a rectangular Cross section with an upper flange and a lower flange and that with vascular guides and lamella suspensions with the Converter vessel is connected, being a slat suspension consists of a pair of lamellas, which over a first Fastening bracket with the lower flange and a second one Fastening console is connected to the converter vessel and wherein a vessel guide made of two, preferably on the top flange attached guide walls for one in between these Circumferential direction free guide piece exists that via a third mounting bracket with the converter vessel connected is.
- DE-PS 1 903 685 is a generic converter described. This converter has proven itself since it compared to the support ring, a radial and axial extension of the Converter vessel allowed and this reliable when emptying supports.
- the mounting brackets are unsolvable with the Support ring or the converter vessel welded.
- the Slat suspensions can be caused by overflowing slag or in case of damage to the vessel jacket due to leaking steel or through folding caking from the flue gas chimney damaged or even be destroyed.
- a repair or refurbishment can only by mechanically separating the damaged units and their replacement can be achieved with new units.
- the invention has for its object a Generic converter to create, the individual parts with simple means are interchangeable.
- the task is solved in that the connections between the pairs of slats and the first and second Fastening brackets and between the guide pieces and the third mounting brackets are detachable. This allows guide pieces and pairs of plates without complex mechanical separation can be exchanged. Here the repair times are drastically reduced and the out and out Installation of the converter vessel made considerably easier.
- connections as positive and form-fitting Clamping element connections are formed. This is what it is about a kind of flange connection between the consoles and the guide piece or the pair of slats at which loads pass Transfer interposition of conical clamping pieces become. These are known from DE 196 04 702.1. The screws are only used to fix the clamping pieces. The deformations resulting from the temperature load reinforce the clamping effect of the flange parts.
- clamping element connections one Have screw ring and a clamping ring the associated Clamping surfaces through conical clamping pieces using clamping screws are fixed. Since the screws themselves only have a small clamping force need to transfer is a simple solving the Clamping element connection and thus an easy exchange possibly damaged elements without the previously required complex mechanical separation possible.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention continues to exist in that at least the first mounting brackets with the Tension rings or are firmly connected to the screw rings. Both alternative layers of the screw rings offer a good one Accessibility of the clamping screws and thus facilitate the Exchange of the pairs of slats.
- clamping element connections first mounting brackets parallel to the pairs of slats or are arranged parallel to the lower flange of the support ring.
- the Arrangement of the clamping element connection parallel to the The pair of lamellae has the advantage that the inside diameter of the Support ring for removing the converter vessel is smaller than that of the alternative arrangement is.
- the alternative has Arrangement the advantage of a favorable introduction of the forces of the pair of plates in the support ring.
- Figure 1 shows a section through part of a tiltable Converter vessel 1 with a support ring 2, this with Distance surrounds and the trunnion, not shown is tiltable.
- the support ring 2 has a rectangular cross section with an upper chord 3 and a lower chord 4. It is over a total of eight slat suspensions - the four packages in the the respective segment section of the trunnions are arranged - connected to the converter vessel 1.
- the slat suspensions 5 serve to absorb the weight of the converter vessel 1 in its vertical position and Belly days, while the vascular guides 6 in its tilted Position (prone position) transfer proportional support forces. Both allow unhindered thermal expansion of the Converter vessel 1 in the axial and radial directions.
- a slat suspension 5 consists of a pair of slats 7, via a first mounting bracket 8 with the lower flange 4 the support ring 2 and a second mounting bracket 9 with the converter vessel 1 is connected.
- clamping element connections 10 consist of one screw ring 11 and one Clamping ring 12, the associated clamping surfaces 13, 13 'through conical clamping pieces 14 fixed by means of clamping screws 15 are, whereby the screw rings 11 and the clamping rings 12th be releasably connected.
- the screw rings 11 have a bottom 16 with which the Ends of the pair of blades 7 connected via shear bushings and are screwed.
- the screws are only used to hold them together in the axial direction via a washer 17 on each Ends of the pair of blades 7, the tensile forces of the Lamella pair 7 over shear bushes 18 on the floors 16 of the Transfer screw rings 11. Transfer the screws yourself no burdens.
- the clamping rings 12 of the support ring near the end of the plate pairs 7 are with the first mounting bracket 8, the clamping rings 12th of the support ring distal end of the pair of plates 7 with the second Fastening bracket 9 firmly connected.
- the first Mounting bracket 8 consists of an extended Base plate 19, which with the clamping ring 12 and the lower flange 4th and with two side walls 20 fastened to the lower flange 4 is firmly connected.
- the second mounting bracket 9 is tubular and as Extension of the clamping ring 12 is formed. This form represents in contrast to the usual rectangular cross sections of the Fastening brackets without force Voltage peaks in the converter vessel 1 safely. This is the risk of cracking in the converter vessel 1 in the area of Mounting brackets 8, 9 largely banned.
- the vessel guide 6 consists of two guide walls 21 which on Upper belt 3 are attached and one in between free of play and at a distance from the upper flange 3 guided guide piece 22, the via a third mounting bracket 23 with the converter vessel 1 is connected. Between the guide piece 22 and the third Fastening bracket 23 is in turn one Clamping element connection 10 with a screw ring 11 and a Clamping ring 12 arranged. The bottom 16 of the screw ring 11 and the guide piece 22 and the clamping ring 12 and the as its extension formed tubular third Fastening bracket 23 are firmly connected to one another.
- FIG. 2 shows a top view of a slat suspension 5, with the pair of fins 7, the bottom plate 17 with holes for the shear bushes 18, the extended base plate 19 and the two side walls 20 of the first mounting bracket 8, the old three are attached to the lower flange 4.
- the second too Mounting bracket 9 and the bottom 16 can be seen.
- FIG. 3 and 4 are alternative designs and Arrangements of the clamping element connection 10 of the first Fastening bracket 8 shown.
- Fig. 3 shows one reverse arrangement of the clamping element connection 10.
- the Screw ring 11 is with its base adapted accordingly 16 attached to the first mounting bracket 8.
- the Tension ring 12 is with its expanded base plate 19 with the Support ring near the end of the pair of plates 7 connected. Also at this arrangement is the releasability of the clamping element connection 10 guaranteed, but with a cheaper accessibility the fixing screws of the upper clamping element.
- the clamping element connection 10 is in one position shown parallel to the lower flange 4 of the support ring 2.
- the Tension ring 12 has a tubular extension 24 which is connected to the lower flange 4 of the support ring 2.
- Across from the position parallel to the pair of fins 7 (FIGS. 1-3) is here corresponding to the second and third tubular Fastening bracket 9, 23 without force Stress peaks in the lower flange 4 of the support ring 2.
- a sub-bracket 25 for Inclusion of the support ring end of the plate pair 7 attached.
- Between the slats of the pair of slats 7 is a short distance provided. This prevents you Slat wear due to their relative movement when bending caused by expansion. Moreover it ensures the unhindered freedom of movement Load-related movements of the same.
- the arranged on the mounting brackets 8, 9, 23 Clamping element connections 10 allow a simple one Replacing individual slat suspensions 5 and Vessel guides 6 and the lifting out of the converter vessel 1 without mechanical cutting work.
