Claims (7)
- Kunststoffscheibe von Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfern oder Kraftfahrzeugleuchten dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe auf der dem Leuchtmittel zugewandten Oberfläche eine transparente Beschichtung zur Vermeidung von Fleckenbildung durch inhomogene Staubablagerung aufweist.
- Kunststoffscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese aus einem Polycarbonat hergestellt ist.
- Kunststoffscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese auf der dem Leuchtmittel abgewandten Oberfläche eine Hartcoat-Beschichtung aufweist.
- Kunststoffscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus SiO·SiO2 (Si2O3) besteht.
- Kunststoffscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schichtdicke der Beschichtung 5 bis 100 nm, insbesondere 25 bis 50 nm beträgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kunststoffscheiben von Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfern oder Kraftfahrzeugleuchten dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man auf die Scheibe der dem Leuchtmittel zugewandten Oberfläche eine Beschichtung zur Vermeidung von Fleckenbildung durch Aufdampfen einer Schicht aus SiO·SiO2 (Si2O3) aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Beschichtung durch PVD, CVD oder PECVD, insbesondere durch Verdampfung von SiO, herstellt.
