Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung, die insbesondere für die Aufmachung und Lagerung von Nahrungsmittelprodukten bestimmt ist und aus zwei Schalenhälften (1, 2; 8) aus Kunststoff besteht, die die Form von Behältern an nehmen, die jeweils einen Boden, eine Seitenwand und einen Umfangsflansch (81) auf Höhe des freien Randes ihrer Seitenwand besitzen, wobei die Schalenhälften (1, 2; 8) jeweils einen Hohlraum abgrenzen und mit ihren Flanschen (81) aneinandergefügt sind, wobei diese Verpackung einen Einschließungsraum (4) umschließt, dessen Ausformung zur der des oder der zu verpackenden Produkte im wesentlichen komplementär ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, dass man
    a) den Hohlraum jeder der schalenhälften (1, 2; 8) mit einer vorgespannten dehnfähigen Folie (27) bedeckt,
    b) die Folie (27) mit Hilfe mindestens eines Formungswerkzeugs (15), das im wesentlichen die Form eines zu verpakkenden Produkts besitzt, mechanisch so verformt, dass man eine zelle mit der gewünschten Form erhält,
    c) in dem zwischen der Folie und dem Boden der Schalenhälfte (1, 2; 8) abgegrenzten Bereich ein Teilvakuum herstellt,
    d) die Folie an dem Flansch (81) befestigt und die Folie (27) auf Höhe oder außerhalb des freien Randes des Flansches abschneidet,
    und nach Einlegen des oder der Produkte in die auf diese Weise in der Folie (27) einer Schalenhälfte geschaffene Zelle bzw. geschaffenen Zellen und nach Bedecken der Einheit mit einer anderen Schalenhälfte mit ähnlichem Aufbau, wobei Flansch an Flansch liegt,
    e) die zusammengefügten Flansche (81) miteinander fest verbindet.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die dehnfähige polie (27) vor dem Verformungsschritt in Richtung der Bahnbreite und quer zu dieser Richtung spannt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Teilvakuum der Schalenhälften (1, 2; 8) nach ihrer Vereinigung Flansch an Flansch aufhebt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Teilvakuum durch Perforierung der Schalenhälften (1, 2; 8) aufhebt.
  5. Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrene nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie folgendes umfasst:
    a) eine Einrichtung zum Aufbringen einer vorgespannten dehnfähigen Folie (27) auf den Hohlraum jeder der Schalenhälften (1, 2; 8),
    b) mindestens ein Formungswerkzeug (15), das im wesentlichen die Form eines zu verpackenden Produkts besitzt und dafür ausgelegt ist, die Folie (27) mechanisch zu verformen und in dem zwischen dieser Folie und dem Boden der Schalenhälfte (1, 2; 8) abgegrenzten Bereich ein Teilvakuum zu erzeugen, indem ein Teil der Luft dieses Bereichs ausgetrieben wird,
    c) eine Einrichtung zur Befestiqung der Folie an dem Flansch (81) und zum Abschneiden der Folie (27) auf Höhe oder außerhalb des freien Randes des Flansches, und
    d) eine Einrichtung zum Auflegen einer anderen Schalenhälfte mit ähnlichem Aufbau Flansch an Flansch,
    e) eine Einrichtung zur Befestigung der zusammengefügten Flansche (81) aneinander.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Formungseinheit (9) aufweist, die aus einer Formungswerkzeuge (15) tragenden Platine (14) besteht, die bezüglich einer Platte (13) zur Steuerung der Formungswerkzeuge (15) beweglich montiert ist, welche ihrerseits, in einer Richtung, der Einwirkung einer Kolbenzylindereinheit (28) und, in der anderen Richtung, der Einwirkung von Rückholorganen (17) ausgesetzt ist, wobei diese Platte (13) auf Pührungssäulen (16) gleitet und in mindestens zwei Endstellungen gebracht werden kann, deren eine eine Wartestellung ist, in der die Steuerkolbenzylindereinheit (28) eingezogen ist und die Rückholorgane (17) entspannt sind, und deren andere eine Arbeitsstellung ist, die der Phase der Verformung der dehnfähigen Folie (27) entspricht, in der die Platte (13) in der unteren Stellung ist, wobei die Kolbenzylindereinheit (28) ausgefahren ist und die Rückholorgane (17) komprimiert sind.
  7. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungssäulen (16) der Steuerplatte (13) einen Rahmen zum Andrücken der Folie (27) tragen, wobei Federn (17) diesen Rahmen (21) in Richtung seiner Entfernung von der Platte (13) beaufschlagen.
  8. Anlage nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formungswerkzeuge (15) tragende Platine (14) mit der Steuerplatte (13) durch Bolzen (18) verbunden ist, die in der Platte (13) gleiten können, wobei die Platine (14) durch Rückholfedern (20) in Richtung ihrer Entfernung von der Platte (13) beaufschlagt ist.
  9. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit der Platte (13) fest verbundener Rahmen (30) ein Messer (29) trägt, dessen Größe und Geometrie im wesentlichen denen des freien Randes des Flansches (81) der Schalenhälfte (1, 2; 8) entsprechen.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen horizontalen Tisch (7) zur Aufnahme der schalenhälften (1, 2; 8) aufweist, der der Einwirkung einer einfach wirkenden Kolbenzylindereinheit (10) ausgesetzt ist, die die Bewegung der Schalenhälfte in Richtung auf das Messer (29) gewährleistet.
