Claims (10)
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung, enthaltend einen Gehäuseteil (8), der an einem Gerätegehäuse befestigbar oder ein Teil davon ist; einen Türteil (20), der an einer Tür befestigbar oder ein Teil davon ist und durch eine Scharnierachse (18) an dem Gehäuseteil (8) zwischen einer aufrechten Tür-Schließstellung und einer quergerichteten Tür-Offenstellung schwenkbar gelagert ist; eine Pleuelstange (24), die durch eine Pleueldrehachse (22) am Gehäuseteil (8) drehbar gelagert und im Abstand von der Pleueldrehachse in Tür-Höhenrichtung am Türteil verschiebbar geführt ist; wobei die Pleueldrehachse (22) achsparallel mit radialem Abstand exzentrisch zur Scharnierachse (18) angeordnet ist; eine Feder (30), welche eine den Türteil (20) in Tür-Schließrichtung drängende Federkraft mindestens in oder nahe bei der quergerichteten Tür-Offenstellung erzeugt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pleuelstange (24) und der Türteil (20) an einander zugewandten Stellen, welche sich durch die exzentrische Anordnung der beiden Achsen (18, 22) in Richtung gegeneinander bewegen, wenn der Türteil in Tür-Öffnungsrichtung bewegt wird, und sich in Richtung voneinander wegbewegen, wenn der Türteil in Tür-Schließrichtung bewegt wird, je mit mindestens einer Arretierfläche (44, 46) versehen sind, welche einander zugewandt sind und in der quergerichteten Tür-Offenstellung des Türteils (20) miteinander in Eingriff sind und dabei zwischen sich eine Haftreibungskraft erzeugen, welche der Federkraft der Feder (30) entgegenwirkt, ohne von dieser überwindbar zu sein, jedoch durch eine manuelle Kraft auf die Tür in Tür-Schließrichtung überwindbar ist.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Arretierflächen (44, 46) Rastenabschnitte (52, 54, 56) aufweisen, welche in quergerichteter Tür-Offenstellung nach Art einer Klinke miteinander in Eingriff sind.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Pleuelstange (24) vorgesehene Arretierfläche (42) an einem federelastischen Element (42) gebildet ist, welches in Pleuelstangen-Querbewegungsrichtung federelastisch nachgiebig ist.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierflächen (42, 44) in Umfangsrichtung um die Scharnierachse (18) und um die Pleueldrehachse (22) zeigen.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Rastenabschnitt (54, 56) des Türteils (20) durch eine Kante dieses Türteils gebildet ist.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Türteil (20) ein Ausschnitt (50) derart gebildet ist, daß in ihn der Rastenabschnitt (52) der Arretierfläche der Kolbenstange (24) nur in quergerichteter Tür-Offenstellung einrastet.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierflächen (44, 46) derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie nicht nur in der quergerichteten Tür-Offenstellung, sondern auch in einem vorbestimmten, sich direkt anschließenden vorangehenden kleineren Tür-Öffnungswinkel-bereich, einander kontaktieren und dabei eine Bremswirkung erzeugen.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pleueldrehachse (22) höher angeordnet ist als die Scharnierdrehachse (18).
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pleueldrehachse (22) vertikal über der Scharnierdrehachse (18) angeordnet ist.
- Hausgerät-Scharniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der Pleueldrehachse (22) entfernte Pleuelstangenende (31) in einer Richtung verschiebbar geführt ist, die rechtwinkelig zu einer theoretischen Verbindungslinie zwischen den beiden Achsen (18, 22) verläuft.
