Description
Claims (8)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil mit einer erregbaren Betätigungseinrichtung (10, 11, 12), mit einem durch die Betätigungseinrichtung (10, 11, 12) bewegbaren Ventilglied (5, 7), das zum Öffnen und Schließen mit einer Ventilsitzfläche (29) zusammenwirkt, sowie mit einer stromabwärts der Ventilsitzfläche (29) angeordneten, wenigstens eine Abspritzöffnung (33) aufweisenden Lochscheibe (21), die mit einem Bodenteil (22) und einem davon abstehenden Halterand (26) napf- bzw. topfförmig ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lochscheibe (21) im Übergangsbereich des Bodenteils (22) zum Halterand (26) die Steifigkeit der Lochscheibe (21) erhöhende Ausformungen (36) aufweist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausformungen in Form von Sicken (36) oder angeformten Flächen ausgebildet sind.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausformungen (36) mittels Prägen herstellbar sind.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lochscheibe (21) ein Blechteil ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens drei Ausformungen (36) vorgesehen sind.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausformungen (36) zu einer Oberseite (37) der Lochscheibe (21) hin Vertiefungen und zu einer Unterseite (38) hin Erhöhungen darstellen.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausformungen (36) eine Kreisform, eine ovale Form oder eine Mischform aus beiden besitzen.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bodenteil (22) der Lochscheibe (21) vier Abspritzöffnungen (33) vorgesehen sind.
