Description
- un risque de déshydratation accélérée des produits alimentaires si les barquettes de ces produits ne sont pas conservées dans les conditions les plus favorables de température et d'hygrométrie ;
- un risque de dessiccation avancée lors de leur passage dans le micro-ondes altérant la consistance, les qualités organoleptiques et les vitamines des produits.
- ils évitent une dessiccation accélérée des produits alimentaires frais durant la période comprise entre leur emballage et leur consommation ;
- ils apportent une amélioration importante de la durée de vie des produits conditionnés, grâce à la régulation qui s'opère naturellement à l'intérieur du récipient suivant un principe de photosynthèse (oxygène + eau + lumière) ;
- ils permettent une cuisson ou un réchauffage rapides, sans déshydratation des produits frais, crus, précuits ou cuisinés, par exempte conditionnés en portions de 50 g à 1 kg ;
- ils permettent d'obtenir une meilleure conservation des qualités organoleptiques, des vitamines et des saveurs contenues dans les produits.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de conditionnement pour la conservation et/ou la cuisson ou le réchauffage de produits alimentaires frais, tels que, par exemple, légumes ou fruits crus ou précuits ou plats cuisinés, suivant lequel lesdits produits alimentaires (8) sont logés dans un emballage hermétiquement clos constitué, d'une part, d'un récipient ou barquette (1) comportant un fond (2) et un faux fond (3) muni de perforations (4), disposé au-dessus et à distance dudit fond, et, d'autre part, d'un film de matière plastique (9) de couverture, soudé sur ledit récipient (1), caractérisé en ce que l'on place, dans la partie inférieure du récipient (1), dans l'espace (E) ménagé entre le fond (2) et le faux fond (3) de ce dernier, un tampon saturateur ou humidificateur (7) imbibé d'eau.
- Conditionnement pour la conservation et/ou la cuisson ou le réchauffage de produits alimentaires frais, tels que, par exemple, légumes ou fruits crus ou précuits ou plats cuisinés, comprenant un emballage hermétiquement clos dans lequel sont placés lesdits produits alimentaires (8), cet emballage comprenant, d'une part, un récipient ou barquette (1 ) comportant un fond (2) et un faux fond (3) muni de perforations (4), disposé au-dessus et à distance dudit fond (2) et, d'autre part, un film de matière plastique (9) recouvrant le récipient et son contenu et soudé sur ledit récipient, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend encore un tampon saturateur ou humidificateur (7) imbibé d'eau, placé dans l'espace (E) ménagé entre le fond (2) et le faux fond (3) dudit récipient (1).
- Procédé de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une perforation (10) est pratiquée dans le film de fermeture (9), et en ce que l'on obture cette perforation au moyen d'une pastille ou étiquette operculaire détachable (11) qui peut être enlevée avant passage du conditionnement au four à micro-ondes.
- Conditionnement suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les composants (1, 9) de l'emballage sont réalisés dans des matériaux transparents aux micro-ondes et résistants à la chaleur dégagée par les fours à micro-ondes.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le film de fermeture (9) est muni d'une perforation (10) obturée au moyen d'une pastille ou étiquette operculaire détachable (11) qui peut être enlevée avant passage dudit conditionnement au four à micro-ondes.
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que son récipient (1) est exécuté en matière plastique et, par exemple, en polypropylène (PP).
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le film de fermeture (9) est exécuté en polyéthylène ou en polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET).
- Conditionnement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le film de fermeture (9) est exécuté en polyoléfine rétractable anti-buée, à structure multicouches coextrudées.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tampon saturateur ou humidificateur (7) est constitué par une plaque de matière spongieuse.
- Conditionnement suivant l'une des revendications 2 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'eau imprégnant le tampon saturateur ou humidificateur (7) contient au moins un agent de traitement des produits alimentaires (8) logés dans l'emballage (1-9), tel que par exemple, un agent chimique ou naturel d'aromatisation.
