Abstract

Procedimiento de acondicionamiento para la conservacióny/o la cocción o el calentamiento de productos alimenticios frescos, tales como, por ejemplo, legumbres o frutos crudos o precocidos o platos cocinados, según el cual dichos productos alimenticios (8) están alojados en un embalaje herméticamente cerrado constituido por una parte, por un recipiente o cubeta (1) que comprende un fondo (2) y un falso fondo (3) provisto de perforaciones (4), dispuesto encima y a distancia de dicho fondo, y, por otra parte, por una película de material plástico (9) de cobertura, soldada sobre dicho recipiente (1), caracterizado porque se coloca en la parte inferior del recipiente (1), en el espacio (E) dejado entre el fondo (2) y el falso fondo (3) de este último, un tampón saturador o humidicador (7) empapado de agua.
