Claims (10)
- Einer Maschine zum Anbringen von Fadenklammern oder zum Fadensiegeln vorgeordnete Vorrichtung zum Vorstechen von Einschnitten in der Maschine kontinuierlich zugeführtem Heftgut an den für die in der Maschine auszubildende Fadenklammer vorgesehenen Stellenmit einer oberen und einer unteren Fördereinrichtung, zwischen denen das Heftgut der Maschine maschinensynchron zugetragen wird,mit wenigstens einem Nadelpaar zum Ausbilden der beiden Einschnitte für jede Fadenklammer undmit einem maschinensynchron angetriebenen Nadelpaarträger für das Nadelpaar
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die obere Fördereinrichtung den Nadeleinstechbereich des Heftgutes (17) frei läßt unddaß zwischen den Nadeln (27) des Nadelpaars an dem mit einem Parallelkurbelgetriebe (29) gekoppelten Nadelpaarträger (28) ein Niederhalter (30) vorgesehen ist, der parallel zu den Nadeln (27) längsgeführt (34, 35) und gegen das Heftgut (17) so vorgespannt (32) ist, daß er mit dem Heftgut (17) vor oder spätestens gleichzeitig mit den Nadeln (27) in Eingriff kommt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dabei gekennzeichnetdaß der Niederhalter (30) sich beidseitig zu der von dem Nadelpaar gebildeten Ebene erstreckt und im gleichen Abstand von dieser Ebene jeweils eine Durchgangsbohrung (34) aufweist unddaß in jeder Durchgangsbohrung (34) ein am Nadelpaarträger (28) gehaltener Führungsstift (35) mit Gleitsitz angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter (30) gegen das Heftgut (17) durch ein federnd elastisches Mittel (32) vorgespannt ist, das sich am Nadelpaarträger (28) und an der ihm zugewandten Seite des Niederhalters (30) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Mittel (32) eine Schraubenfeder ist, die in eine Sackbohrung (37) im Niederhalter (30) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Erstreckung des Niederhalters (30) im Bereich der Durchgangsbohrungen (34) kürzer als im Niederhaltebereich (31) ist unddaß den so gebildeten, dem Heftgut (17) zugewandten Schultern (33) am Niederhalter (30) an den freien Enden der Führungsstifte (35) angebrachte radiale Anschläge (36) zugeordnet sind, an denen der Niederhalter (30) durch die Vorspannung anliegt, wenn der Niederhalter (30) nicht am Heftgut (17) aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Fördereinrichtung ein endlos um Rollen umlaufendes Förderband aus einem zumindest an seiner heftgutseitigen Fläche vorgesehenen elastischen, das Eindringen von Nadelspitzen zulassendem Material ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadeln (27) des Nadelpaares meißelförmige Schneidkanten haben, die sich jeweils seitlich von der von den Nadeln (27) gebildeten Ebene in Heftgutlaufrichtung erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadeln (27) des Nadelpaares für ihre drehfeste Festlegung am Nadelpaarträger (28) eine Abflachung an ihrem zylindrischen oder polygonalen Schaft aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem Nadelpaarträger (28) mit dem wenigstens einen Paar von Nadeln (27) mit Niederhalter (30) gebildete obere Vorstecheinrichtung (20) am Maschinengestell (40) in Einstechrichtung der Nadeln (27) einstellbar (41) festlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere und untere Fördereinrichtung von zwei in Förderrichtung des Heftgutes (17) beabstandeten, den Nadeleinstechbereich frei lassenden Paaren von Förderwalzen (21, 22; 23, 24) gebildet wird, zwischen denen eine untere endlos umlaufende oder stationäre ebene Auflage (26) für das Heftgut (17) angeordnet ist.
