Claims (14)
- Fassadenkonstruktion mit Pfostenprofilen (1) sowie Riegelprofilen (2) zur Bildung eines Rahmenwerks zur Aufnahme von plattenförmigen Elementen, wie z.B. Glasscheiben oder Fassadenplatten, mit Nuten (3, 4) zur Aufnahme von Dichtungsleisten sowie einem Stoßverbinder (5) zur Herstellung einer Stoßverbindung zwischen Pfostenprofil (1) sowie Riegelprofil (2), wobei der Stoßverbinder (5) am Pfostenprofil (1) befestigt wird und die Befestigung des Riegelprofils (2) am Stoßverbinder (5) erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Bereich der Verbindung von Stoßverbinder (5) und Riegelprofil (2) zwischen dem Pfostenprofil (1) und dem Punkt der Befestigung des Riegelprofils (2) am Stoßverbinder (5) ein gelenkartiger Auflagebereich vorgesehen ist, derart, daß bei Montage des Riegelprofils (2) am Stoßverbinder (5) ein Drehmoment des Riegelprofils (2) zum Pfostenprofil (1) erzeugbar ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
am Stoßverbinder (5) oder am Riegelprofil (2) eine Erhöhung zur Bildung eines Spalts (8) vorgesehen ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Erhöhung an den Stoßverbinder (5) oder an das Riegelprofil (2) angeformt ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die Erhöhung ein separates Bauteil vorgesehen ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Erhöhung zwischen der der Fassadenaußenseite zugewandten Seitenfläche (7) des Stoßverbinders (5) und der der äußeren Stirnseite zugeordneten Innenseite des Riegelprofils (2) vorgesehen ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Erhöhung an der Innenseite der äußeren Stirnseite des Riegelprofils (2) eingeformte Längsrippen (9) vorgesehen sind, die auf der Seitenfläche (7) des Stoßverbinders (5) aufliegen. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Längsrippen (9) am Riegelprofil (2) an den Stellen gegenüberliegender Stege (10, 11) vorgesehen sind. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
entlang der Innenseite der äußeren Stirnseite des Riegelprofils (2) mehrere Längsrippen (9) vorgesehen sind, die über die Innenseite des Riegelprofils (2) angeordnet sind. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Pfostenprofil (1) und Riegelprofil (2) außenbündig und/oder innenbündig aneinanderliegen. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Riegelprofil (2) lediglich glatt geschnitten ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rundungen der Seitenkanten des Pfostenprofils (1) einen Radius r im Bereich von 0,5 - 1,0 mm besitzen. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Längsrippen (9) zudem als Abstandhalter für ein in das Riegelprofil (2) einzuschiebendes Bauteil, z.B. Verstärkungsprofil (12) vorgesehen sind. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Montage von Pfostenprofil (1) und Riegelprofil (2) über zwei beidseitig in den Stoßverbinder (5) einzuschraubende Montageschrauben (13) erfolgt. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im montierten Zustand von Pfostenprofil (1) und Riegelprofil (2) die den Montageschrauben (13) gegenüberliegende Seite des Riegelprofils (2) am Pfostenprofil (1) unter Druckspannung anliegt.
