Description
- La présente invention a trait à une pince adaptable perfectionnée selon le préambule de la revendication 1. Une telle pince est décrit dans le dossier DE-2 031 661.
- Les pinces à deux corps qui pivotent et glissent entre eux sont déjà bien connues.
- La recherche a été axée, d'une part, sur la forme de la bouche et ses mâchoires -qui déterminent l'efficacité de la pince- et, de l'autre, sur la façon de positionner -et retenir dans leur position- les deux corps entre eux, afin de déterminer la position correcte de ces corps lors de la prise de tubes de différents diamètres.
- La prise de la pièce par la pince se fait par les dents de celle-ci, mais comme on ne peut pas fabriquer une pince pour chaque diamètre de pièce, on a fabriqué une pince qui s'adapte à différents diamètres et épaisseurs, par exemple, de tubes, et il faut rechercher une pince qui saisisse le plus grand nombre de diamètres possible, d'autant plus que les tubes générés par le système de mesure de l'Europe et des U.S.A. sont légèrement différents. Chaque prise doit offrir la même sécurité et efficacité qu'offre une pince fixe.
- On connaît déjà les pinces adaptables se composant de deux corps porteurs des mâchoires de la bouche , et qui pivotent entre eux sur un pivot déplaçable dans une rainure et emboîtable à différentes hauteurs de l'un des corps. On cite, comme exemple, les dossiers U-8900254, (cité par le demandeur comme faisant parti de son l'état de la technique interne), DE-2031661, US-3005368 et US-4269089, entre autres.
- Un problème que posent ces pinces adaptables à la technologie conventionnelle, réside dans la sécurité de retenir dans leur position les bras entre eux et de les dégager aisément.
- La pince adaptable perfectionnée, selon l'invention, surmonte ces limitations en préconisant une nouvelle pince du type décrit qui se caractérise par le fait que:
- a) Ladite rainure, prévue sur l'un des corps, comporte sur l'une des plus grandes faces une denture unidirectionnelle;
- b) Ledit axe-pivot prévu sur l'autre corps est équipé d'un cliquet, qui définit une pluridenture unidirectionnelle conjuguée et un bras d'action pour dégager ces dentures au gré de l'utilisateur.
- c) Ledit cliquet dispose d'un ressort qui tend à le maintenir dans une position engagée, tant que le bras du cliquet n'est pas actionné.
- Le cliquet comportant une pluridenture (au lieu d'une seule dent) offre l'avantage d'un positionnement rapide et sûr des bras entre eux.
- Le bras d'action du cliquet offre à l'utilisateur une commande facile, accessible, économique et rapide de dégagement entre la pluridenture du cliquet et la pluridenture dans la rainure ou, ce qui revient au même, de dégagement des bras l'un de l'autre.
- Pour mieux comprendre l'objet de la présente invention, une forme préférentielle de réalisation pratique est représentée sur les plans, susceptible de changements accessoires qui ne dénaturent pas son fondement.
- La figure 1 représente une vue générale schématique d'une pince adaptable perfectionnée selon l'invention, où sont notées les références et les particularités suivantes:
- 1a, 1b.- Corps
- 2.- Rainure
- 3.- Axe-pivot
- 4.- Tube ou pièce à manipuler.
- 5.- Cliquet
- 6 et 7.- Ressorts
- 11 et 12.- Mâchoires
- 21 et 51.- Dentures unidirectionnelles

- e1- Axe auxiliaire
- La pince préconisée est de celles qui se composent de deux corps (1 a), (1b) qui pivotent l'un par rapport à l'autre sur un axe-pivot (3) qui appartient au corps (1 a) et qui se déplace pour se placer dans différentes positions sur une rainure (2) de l'autre corps (1b).
- Chaque corps (1a), (1b) comporte une mâchoire (12), (11) qui, en se fermant, laisse un espace vide où est saisie la pièce à manipuler (4), la conjonction des deux mâchoires (11), (12) formant la bouche de la pince.
- Conformément à l'invention et suivant la réalisation représentée, ladite rainure (2) prévue dans le corps (1b) comporte, sur l'une de ses plus grandes face, une denture unidirectionnelle (21).
- Conformément à l'invention, et suivant la réalisation représentée, ledit pivot-axe (3) est équipé d'un cliquet (5) avec la possibilité de basculer par rapport à lui.
- Le cliquet (5) définit une denture (pluridenture) unidirectionnelle (51) -en conjugaison avec la denture antérieure (21)- et un bras d'action (52), et il tend à maintenir dans une position engagée les dentures (21), (51) du fait de l'action d'un ressort (6) monté, par exemple, logé dans une mortaise (53) et faisant butée contre le bras lui-même (1b), tant que l'utilisateur n'actionne pas ce cliquet (5) en agissant sur le bras (52).
- Le bras (52) dépasse à l'extérieur à travers une fenêtre (V) pratiquée dans le corps (1b) comme prolongement de la rainure (2).
- Un ressort additionnel (7), monté sur un axe auxiliaire (e1), tend à maintenir les bras (1 a), (1b) dans une certaine position tant que l'utilisateur n'agit pas à leur encontre.
Claims (1)
- Pince adaptable perfectionnée, de celles qui se composent de deux corps (1a), (1b) porteurs des mâchoires (11), (12) de la bouche et qui pivotent entre eux sur un axe-pivot (3) déplaçable dans une rainure (2), prévue sur l'un des corps (16) et comportant l'une de ses plus grandes faces une denture (21), se caractérisant par le fait que:a).- ledit axe-pivot (3) prévu sur l'autre corps (1a) est équipé d'un cliquet (5), qui définit une pluridenture unidirectionnelle conjuguée (51) et un bras d'action (52) pour dégager ces dentures (21), (51) au gré de l'utilisateur;b).- ledit cliquet (5) dispose d'un ressort (6) qui tend à le maintenir dans une position engagée dans les dentures (21), (51), tant que le bras du cliquet (52) n'est pas actionné, ledit ressort (6) faisant butée contre le bras (1b) dans lequel est prévue ladite rainure (2).
