Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for facilitating the disassembly of a When water heater according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention has for its object to propose a device with the disassembly of a hot water radiator should be improved.
- the device has at least one lockable valve, which when the Hot water radiator remains on the hot water radiator.
- the lockable valve can be designed in such a way that it can be operated using an auxiliary tool can be closed by hand and opened again.
- an auxiliary tool can be a screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, for example Auxiliary tool for a Torx connection, a hexagon socket or the like.
- the lockable valve can then be designed so that it is mounted on the radiator is only visually perceptible when you look closely and not, for example, by someone permanently mounted gag that can be operated by hand, is more visually striking.
- the lockable valve is so designed that it closed by manual intervention - with or without auxiliary tools - and also can be opened.
- a lockable valve is meant a valve that can be operated manually, i. H. can be opened and closed manually. This manual operation can if necessary using an auxiliary tool.
- the position of the valve is advantageous still haptically testable, for example by a rotatable element Has longitudinal slot which extends in the longitudinal direction of the tube when the valve is open and is perpendicular to the pipe direction when the valve is closed.
- the lockable valve or the lockable Valves firmly connected to the hot water radiator.
- the lockable valve or the lockable valves for example between the connecting threads of the radiator and the water-carrying Slats are arranged. Previous thermostatic valves and screw-in sleeves for the radiators continue to be used.
- the lockable valve or the lockable Valves assembly equipment for hot water radiators or components of assembly equipment for Hot water radiator between the building's flow or return connection and the hot water radiator supply or return connection can be installed such that these assembly means when the radiator is dismantled from the radiator remain.
- Claim 4 describes the possibility of locking the valves as independent components between the connections on the building side and the radiator mounting hardware bring in. It also includes the option of locking the valves as To provide components of assembly equipment.
- Assembly means currently used to connect the hot water radiator with the Building-side connections usually consist of screw-in grommets that go into the Connection openings of the radiator are screwed in. These screw-in sleeves have in the installed state on the side facing away from the radiator, a rounding or a conical end.
- the connection on the building side for the return as well as for the Each lead has a counterpart for this rounding or the conical end, so that this screw-in sleeve is attached to the respective building side by means of a union nut Connection can be screwed on, due to the shape of the screw-in nozzle as well the counterpart creates a seal. So much for a thermostatic valve in the flow connection The end of the thermostatic valve facing the radiator is used Counterpart to the screw-in nozzle.
- the assembly supplement is a Screw-in nozzle and the lockable valve is part of the screw-in nozzle.
- the screw-in nozzle is by means of a Allen key can be screwed into the radiator.
- the special tool currently used consists of a polygon that has two grooves.
- the screw-in nozzles point in the open openings two lugs, which can be gripped with the two grooves of the special tool are.
- the special tool is therefore inserted into the screw-in nozzle in order to insert and to be able to turn it off.
- the special tool has a comparatively large length, the diameter in steps from its rear end to its front end decreases, which correspond to the standardized pipe diameters. So if a screw-in nozzle to be screwed in or out according to a large pipe diameter Special tools can be inserted comparatively far.
- the lockable valve is a ball valve.
- the valve is advantageously fixed in the screw-in nozzle by this valve screwed in and sealed.
- the use of the present invention during disassembly results in how a subsequent reassembly of the radiator has various advantages.
- First when disassembling the radiator compared to the previous known solution only comparatively small amounts of water are caught, which are currently in the small parts of the volume are not through the building-side shut-off valves are delimited and are not within the volume that on the radiator side between the lockable valves. Contamination by Leaking heating water on the floor and wall can largely be avoided.
- the present invention advantageously shows that a Dismantling and the subsequent reassembly of the radiators almost completely with Water is filled except for the area that is "outside" the shut-off valves. It So only small amounts of water need to be refilled and on ventilation work can largely be dispensed with. Another advantage is that Water cycle at most small amounts of fresh and new water are supplied must be neutralized water that is already in the water cycle is largely reusable.
- FIG. 1 shows a radiator 1 with integrated shut-off valves 2 and 3, so with the radiator 1 are firmly connected.
- Valve 2 is arranged in the flow and valve 3 in Return 6.
- the valves 2 and 3 can be in the position indicated by the reference number can be operated, for example, by means of a key, that is to say closed and opened become.
- the radiator 1 can be sealed prior to disassembly by the both valves 2 and 3 are closed.
- the water in the radiator 1 is thereby enclosed in the radiator 1.
- After a subsequent assembly valves 2 and 3 can be opened again. It proves to be advantageous that do not refill water to the extent of the full volume of the radiator 1 only needs the comparatively small quantities in the area of the connections are lost because they are not within the two valves 2 and 3 delimited volume in the radiator 1 and not in the building Water circuit of the heating system before the thermostatic valve or behind the Return connection.
- the known screw-in nozzles 9 in can also advantageously be used the internal thread 7 of the flow connection as well as the return connection of the Radiator 1 are screwed.
- the radiator 1 is known in the assembly Put in a fitting seal with the union nuts 12 of the screw-in sleeves 9 Counterparts of the building's supply 5 and return connections 6.
- shut-off valves 2 are located and 3 as components of the radiator 1 between the internal threads 7 of the radiator 1 for the flow and return connections on the one hand and the water-carrying Pipe fins 8 on the other hand.
- FIGS 2 to 5 show different embodiments of radiators, in which the lockable valves are integrated into the screw-in sleeves. These screw-in grommets are mounting devices to connect the radiators to the building 's water circuit Connect heating system.
- FIG. 2 shows a compact radiator 202, in which a screw-in nozzle Integrated lockable valve 201 between thermostatic valve 203 and radiator 202 in the Lead 204 is located. Another screw-in nozzle with integrated valve 201 is located between return fitting 205 and radiator 202 in return 206.
- FIG. 3 shows a valve heater 309.
- the screw-in nozzle Integrated valve 301 on the one hand between radiator 309 and return screw connection 305 in the flow 304 and in the return 306.
- This installation variant is used if none Hahnblock 410 is used as explained in connection with Figure 4.
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which a valve block 409 a tap block 410 is used.
- the screw-in nozzle with integrated valve 401 is located here between radiator 409 and tap block 410 in flow 404 and in return 406.
- FIG. 5 shows a valve heater 511 with a Euro cone at the connections and one Tap block 510.
- a tool can be inserted into the lateral bore 208 can be inserted and rotated, the passage to the radiator can be opened or closed.
- the lockable valve which according to the representations of Figures 2 to 5 in the Screw-in nozzle is integrated, for example, a ball valve.
