Abstract

Bei dem Garofen werden sowohl Wrasen (W) aus dem Garraum (15) als auch an der Frontseite (12) Frischluft (K1) aus einem Außenraum (11) zur Verdünnung des Wrasens (W) von einem Radialgebläse (2) angesaugt und wieder in den Außenraum (11) ausgeleitet. Vorzugsweise wird die Frischluft (K1) auch zur Kühlung der Garofentür durch die Tür gesaugt. Weiterhin kann das Radialgebläse (2) auch Luft (K2) aus der Umgebung der Ofenmuffel (10) ansaugen zur Kühlung des Garofens.
