- the object of the invention is one according to the aforementioned Type of fitting for a shelf carousel to improve in that this fitting a precise guidance and stable storage for positionally stable Door leaf turning and moving movement with simplified Has structure.
- the joint arrangement either from a quadrangle, the Handlebars have a stiffening profile, or from a pot joint with a vertical axis with interlocking
- the subclaims contain design features which advantageous and beneficial further training of the task solution represent.
- the fitting according to a first embodiment has a four-bar link on, the control lever preferably by beads are stable and relatively long Bear bearing pins that are torsionally rigid in the corresponding socket are held. Contributes to the precision of the guidance continue with a sled to which the connecting link are articulated and which is arranged behind the axis of rotation. On the one hand, these components give the doors a stable structure Bracket and on the other hand ensure a durable and stable twisting of the door leaves and the entire Shelf carousel.
- the twisting of the carousels is due to the training facilitated by run-up ramps on the joint parts of the four-bar linkage, through which the door leaves in the closed state raised and lowered when swiveled in are.
- the support arms are designed as stamped parts and with Insert plates, which the bearing eyes of the handlebars and the run-up ramps as characteristics so that these Parts are easy to manufacture. Besides, they are Insert plates each in different positions on the to arrange corresponding support arm, whereby the respective Favorable handlebar position with different door leaf widths is selectable.
- the joint arrangement exists each from a support plate to which the door fitting is angled and the drawbar are articulated and with one Pot joint the associated support arm spaced from the drawbar joint is articulated.
- the pot joint is adjustable with two horizontally Provide slide guides on which on the one hand the door fitting and on the other hand, the support arm are attached.
- the Adjustment means of the cross slide enable an exact Alignment of the door horizontally.
- the vertically directed pot joint is also advantageous formed with three concentric cylinders, from which the outer with the one adjustment slide and the middle is connected to the second adjustment slide. These two cylinders thus form the coaxial pivot bearing parts the door wing.
- the middle cylinder is provided with a guideway, which is axially inclined.
- a guide pin runs in the guideway, which is on the inner cylinder which with further radial extensions in the axial grooves of the outer Cylinder held in rotation and axially adjustable is.
- the guideway and the guide pin are thus to each other oriented and trained so that the doors at Opened by rotating the pot joint and lowered be raised when closing.
- the basic setting in the height is adjusted by a central adjustment screw, which is the axial position of the inner cylinder to the outer sets.
- the bearing parts are preferably injection molded from plastic; all cylinders and the sled are simply interlocked or inserted into the guideways. This concentric Bearing arrangement with the adjustment slide eliminates the need for adjustment elements on the door fitting and a cam arrangement on the Bearing plates.
- Another version of the guide means is by a Given the lever with a vertical axis on one central mounting plate is articulated with the support arms is firmly connected. The leading role is on the lever rotatably mounted, preferably with the same Longitudinal pin on which the two tie rods are articulated. The leadership role and the central pillar are both almost in line with the impact of the two door leaves; the Lever is spaced laterally.
- the gear slide has a different one on both sides Entrainment, and the pinion of the rotary Damper is floating so that when Closing the door a higher damping by a firmer Coupling, e.g. by meshing a toothing, is achieved than when opening, for example only frictional coupling occurs.
