Claims (8)
- Schleifscheibe (20) mit Umfangsrille zum Schleifen der Kanten von Glasscheiben (11) unter Zuführung eines Kühlfluids zur Schleifstelle (18), wobei die Schleifscheibe (20) eine durchgehende Zentrierbohrung (19) für den Zentrierzapfen (16) einer Schleifspindel (1) aufweist und im aufgespannten Zustand mit einer seitlichen Anschlagfläche (8) an einer Gegenfläche (7) der Schleifspindel (1) anliegt, wobei die Axialposition der Schleifspindel relativ zur Ebene der Glasscheibe so eingestellt wird, daß die mittlere Radialebene (21) der Umfangsrille mit der Mittelebene (22) der axial unverrückbaren Glasscheibe zusammenfällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.0 ausgehend von der Zentrierbohrung (19) die Schleifscheibe (20) an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Flachseiten (I,II) jeweils eine genau definierte Anschlagfläche (8(I), 8(II)) aufweist, sowie1.1 zwei identisch ausgeformte Umfangsrillen (13,14) von denen jede einer anderen der beiden Anschlagflächen (8(I),8(II)) in einer Weise zugeordnet ist, daß1.2 die mittleren Radialebenen der beiden Umfangsrillen (13,14) von der ihnen jeweils zugeordneten Anschlagfläche (8(I),8(II)) denselben Abstand (X,X) haben.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Umfangsrille (13,14) der Anschlagfläche (8(I),8(II)) ihrer unmittelbar benachbarten Flachseite (I,II) zugeordnet ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifscheibe (20) bezüglich ihrer mittleren Radialebene (15) symmetrisch ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifscheibe eine geradzylindrische Zentrierbohrung (19) hat, für einen an der Antriebsachse (5) sitzenden geradzylindrischen Zentrierzapfen (16).
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifscheibe von jeweils einer ihrer Flachseiten (I,II) eingebracht eine konische Zentrierbohrung hat für einen konischen Zentrierzapfen, der mit der Antriebsachse (5) verbunden ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß lediglich zwei Umfangsrillen (13,14) vorgesehen sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenkontur der Schleifscheibe außerhalb der beiden Umfangsrillen geradzylindrisch verläuft.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifbelag drehrichtungsunabhängig ist.
