Claims (17)
- Schaltelement, insbesondere Druckwellenschalter zur Absicherung von Einklemmstellen bei betätigbaren Toren, Türen od. dgl., mit zumindest einer Druckkammer, welche zumindest teilweise mit einer Membran (4) versehen ist, wobei über die Membran (4) ein Erregerkontaktelement (5) zum Herstellen eines Kontaktes mit einem Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) verbindbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erregerkontaktelement (5) und/oder das Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) zum Herstellen eines gemeinsamen Kontaktes aus einer Kontaktebene (E) mittels Druck oder Unterdruck auf die Membran (4) herausbewegbar ist und beide Kontaktelemente (5,6) ein jeweilige Drehpunkte (9, 11) verschwenkbar sind, wobei durch die Bewegung der Kontaktelemente (7, 8) zueinander sich deren Kontaktflächen übereinander schieben. - Schaltelement, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Drehpunkte (9, 11) des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) und Abnehmerkontaktelementes (6) ausserhalb der gemeinsamen Kontaktebene (E) liegen.
- Schaltelement, nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kontaktelemente (7, 8) des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) und das Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) ausserhalb zu einer Membranebene (M) beabstandet angeordnet sind.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Drehpunkt (11) des Erregerelementes (5) sowie ein Drehpunkt (9) des Abnehmerkontaktelementes (6) in etwa gegenüberliegend, jeweils ausserhalb der Kontaktebene (E) angeordnet ist.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Beaufschlagung des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) gegen das Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) mit Druck, diese jeweils seitlich aus der Ebene (E) wegbewegbar sind, wodurch die einzelnen Kontaktelemente (7, 8) des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) sowie des Abnehmerkontaktelementes (6) gegeneinander anliegend bewegbar sind.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehpunkte (9, 11) des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) und des Abnehmerkontaktelementes (6) in etwa in einer gemeinsamen Membranebene (M) liegen.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktelemente (7, 8) zueinander gewölbt ausgerichtet angeordnet sind.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Haltearm (12) des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) mit der Membran (4) in Verbindung steht.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltearm (12) biegbar, insbesondere auf der Membran (4) abrollbar ist.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Beaufschlagung der Druckkammer mit Druck die Membran (4) nach aussen bewegbar und hierdurch das Erregerkontaktelement (5) gegen das Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) bewegbar ist.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erregerkontaktelement (5) und/oder das Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) bei der Beaufschlagung mittels der Membran (4) aus der Membranebene (M) herausbewegbar und/oder aus der Kontaktebene (E) um die jeweiligen Drehpunkte (9, 11) verschwenkbar ist.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Bewegungsrichtung des Erregerkontaktelementes (5) und/oder des Abnehmerkontaktelementes (6) einen Winkel (a, β) von etwa 10 bis 40 Grad zur Kontaktebene (E) einschliesst.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Erregerelement (5) und/oder Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) ausserhalb und gegenüberliegend zur Kontaktebene (E) einends am Gehäuse (1) angeordnet sind.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Erregerkontaktelement (5) und Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) zum Herstellen eines gemeinsamen Kontaktes in einer Ruhelage der Membran (4) zueinander beabstandet oder miteinander im Kontakt stehen.
- Schaltelement nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Herstellen eines elektrischen Kontaktes das Erregerkontaktelement (5) mittels Druck oder Unterdruck gegenüber dem Abnehmerkontaktelement(6) bewegbar ist.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Herstellen des elektrischen Kontaktes das Erregerkontaktelement (5) zum Schliessen der elektrischen Verbindung bei einem Überdruck auf die Membran (4), gegen das Abnehmerkontaktelement bewegbar ist oder bei Unterdruck aus einer geschlossenen Ruhelage vom Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) wegbewegbar ist.
- Schaltelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erregerkontaktelement (5) das Abnehmerkontaktelement (6) aussen übergreift und bei Überdruck oder Unterdruck im Druckwellenschalter auf die Membran (4), eine elektrische Verbindung hergestellt und bei Unterdruck im Druckwellenschalter auf die Membran (4) eine elektrische Verbindung unterbrochen ist.
