Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the continuous washing of a textile web according to the preamble of claim 1, and a washing device according to the preamble of claim 10.
  • Such methods and apparatus for a continuous washing process are in the Textile finishing has long been known and used. They serve to put on the textile web Substances from upstream refining processes such as e.g. Sage, lye, colorants etc. wash out.
  • the aim is to achieve the highest possible washing efficiency, To the expenditure on equipment and the consumption of fresh water or wash liquor so low as possible.
  • the inventive passage of the wash liquor ensures that the shaft is always up to Flooded upper end, wherein in the shaft due to the countercurrent principle, a turbulent Flow stops.
  • the wash liquor flows without pressure into the shaft, and evenly on both sides of the web.
  • the web after leaving the first shaft to the same Way guided by at least one second shaft, at which the wash liquor at the top is fed in the same way from a second overflow system in the shaft.
  • the Level of the wash liquor in the second overflow system is above the level in the first overflow system and the wash liquor becomes the first overflow system at the lower end of the second shaft fed below its level.
  • the manholes form a waterfall-like Cascade system.
  • the web is at least after leaving the first shaft via a Draining run out, which has at least the same length as the length of Shaft.
  • a Draining run out which has at least the same length as the length of Shaft.
  • the degree of loading of the web can be greatly reduced with wash liquor.
  • the web can at least after leaving the first and the second shaft for stripping the wash liquor, a pair of rolls wrap around in opposite directions.
  • this pair of rollers can be provided with a drive. instead a pair of rollers could also be provided only a simple guide roller.
  • the web outside the shaft at least be acted upon on one side of a nozzle assembly with wash liquor. In order to it can be ensured that no larger impurities adhere to the web, if this occurs in the subsequent treatment step.
  • the web is fed to the first shaft via a moat whose liquid level above the lower end of the first shaft. This ensures, on the one hand, that the first shaft always remains completely filled with liquid. on the other hand Vapors and gases can be retained at the moated castle.
  • the web can after leaving the first shaft or at several shafts after the Leaving the last shaft are passed through a squeezing.
  • a squeezing In such a Quetschwerk the degree of loading of the web can be controlled relatively precisely with wash liquor.
  • a particularly advantageous combination results when the web after leaving the first shaft or several shafts after leaving the last shaft one Diving compartment is supplied, in which it passes through upper guide rollers and lower dipping rollers several filled with wash liquor chambers is performed.
  • the first and g.g.f. the others Overflow systems can with the guided in countercurrent through the immersion compartment wash liquor be fed.
  • the shafts are evidently a Vorwaschabteil, which the total distance to be covered by the track in the diving compartment can be greatly reduced.
  • the purity of the wash liquor is increased both in the pre-wash compartment and in the dipping compartment always on the feed direction of the web.
  • the prewash compartment could Of course, also be combined with other washing compartments, which the Train by other principles. Conceivable, for example, would be the use a drum washing machine.
  • the object is achieved by a device with the Characteristics solved in claim 10.
  • the shaft or the offset arranged one behind the other Manholes form an air-free hydraulic system with continuous flow on both Sides of the railway.
  • the inside width of the shaft or the Shafts ie the free distance between the two shaft walls, in a range of less designed as adjustable 15 mm .
  • the shaft width can be exactly the one to be treated Adjust material web.
  • one shaft wall is fixed and the opposite one Shaft wall arranged adjustable. As adjustment can set screws, eccentric joints or the like can be used. For example, in one experimental setup Achieved optimum results with 6 mm.
  • a prewash compartment designated overall by 16, has a closed housing 17, in which a textile web 1 are introduced in the direction of arrow a via a moat 15 can. At an entry roller pair 18, the web is thereby in the correct insertion position brought.
  • first shaft 2 and a second shaft 6 are arranged offset.
  • the shaft walls are plane-parallel formed to each other and enclose the web 1 relatively tight.
  • a first overflow system 5 or a second overflow system 9 is arranged.
  • the first overflow system 5 consists of a relatively shallow overflow trough 19 on the one Side of the shaft and a larger overflow trough 20 on the other side of the shaft.
  • the overflow trough 20 is designed as a dip trough, in which a dipping roller 29 is arranged is.
  • the second overflow system 9 consists of a flat overflow trough 21st and a larger overflow trough 22. While the flat overflow trough 21 is approximately the same is like the overflow trough 19 of the first overflow system, the larger trough 22 narrower than the overflow trough 20 because it does not have to absorb a dipping roller.
  • the two overflow systems each have a liquid level N1 and N2.
  • the lower end 8 of second shaft is below the level N1 of the first overflow system 5 and below the upper End 3 of the first shaft 2.
  • the lower end 4 of the first Well 2 below the liquid level NA of the moated castle 15th
  • the entire liquid system of the wash liquor 10 is in the direction of arrow b via a liquor supply line 23 fed.
  • a washing liquor from the liquor supply line is also pumped 23 taken and via a pressure line 26 and a valve 27 a nozzle assembly 36 supplied.
  • This is arranged over the second overflow system 9 and serves to the web In the region of the second pair of rollers 13 to spray under pressure to improve the washing effect.
  • the wash liquor flowing along the web in this way feeds the two overflow systems.
  • the overflow pans on both sides of the web are each over a pipe connected to each other, so that according to the principle of communicating tubes in both Tubs always sets the same level.
  • the discharge of the wash liquor takes place at the deepest Place, so at the moated castle 15 via a gutter 24.
  • the maintenance of a sufficient Of course, flow is also possible in other ways.
  • the wash liquor are also fed directly to the second overflow system 9.
  • the textile web 1 is stretched wide through the entire device and out in the area the two shafts held so that they passed the shafts contactless.
