Abstract
Description

In Figur 2 ist eine rückwärtige Ansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung dargestellt, die teilweise geschnitten, nämlich als Schnitt durch die Hinterräder 12 dargestellt ist. Die Hinterräder 12 werden von einem Stirnradgetriebe 18 über Wellen 21 angetrieben. Das Stirnradgetriebe 18 wird seinerseits von einem Antriebsmotor 19 angetrieben. In der rückwärtigen Projektion sind die Hinterräder 12 benachbart rechts und links zu dem Ständer 3 der Vorrichtung angeordnet, während die vorderen Räder bzw. Rollen 9 und die Stützen 10 beabstandet zu dem Ständer 3 in den äußeren Ecken der Vorrichtung angeordnet sind. Insgesamt sind die Hinterräder 12 über das Stirnradgetriebe 18 und über Dämpfungselemente 22 an einem Drehkranz befestigt.
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Verdichten von Müll mit einer Verdichtungswalze (7), die gelenkig gelagert und dazu geeignet ist, in einen oben offenen Container hineinzuragen und in diesem hin- und herbewegt zu werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung (1) ein Fahrgestell mit einer Lenkeinrichtung (20) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine untere Plattform (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Plattform Räder (12) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Vorrichtung (1) ein Antrieb angeordnet ist, mit dem die Vorrichtung (1) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattform (2) in vorderen Eckbereichen jeweils mindestens eine Rolle aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattform (2) mindestens zwei absenkbare Stützen (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen (10) in den hinteren Eckbereichen der Plattform (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenkeinrichtung (20) zwei im hinteren Bereich der Plattform angeordnete lenkbare Räder (12) steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im hinteren Bereich der Plattform angeordnete Räder (12) mit einem geringen Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hinteren Räder (12) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweisen als die vorderen Rollen (9).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hinteren Räder (12) mit einem Stirnradgetriebe (15) antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) einen Antrieb aufweist, mit dem die Verdichtungswalze (7) und die hinteren Räder (12) antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungswalze (7) am freien Ende (6) eines Schwenkarms (4) gelagert ist, der an einem auf der Plattform angeordneten Ständer (3) gelenkig gelagert ist, daß der Schwenkarm mindestens ein Gelenk (8) aufweist, und das im Bereich des Gelenks (8) ein Hydraulikzylinder (15) angeordnet ist, mit dem die Bewegung des freien Endes (6) des Schwenkarms (4) gezielt steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des Gelenks (8) eine Arretierungseinrichtung (17) vorgesehen ist, mit der das freie Ende (6) des Schwenkarms (4) festlegbar ist.
