Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a protective shoe with a the outer material of the protective shoe comprising outer shaft, the foot side End is connected to an outsole and in which an inner shoe and preferably one between the inner shoe and the outer shaft, at least the sole tip covering protective cap is included.
US 5 689 903 A.The invention relates in particular to safety protective and professional footwear according to European Standard. These are: DIN EN 345-1 and 345-2 (safety protective shoes), DIN EN 346-1 and DIN 346-2 (protective shoes) as well as DIN EN 347-1 and DIN 347-2 (occupational shoes). A safety protective shoe is a shoe that the toe additionally protects by a protective cap arranged in the shoe, so such as. in US 5,689,903 A.
In the case of a previously known generic shoe, the inner shoe is on the sole side closed by an insole, both with the side surfaces of the sole side open liner as well as with the foot end of the surrounding the liner Outer shaft is connected. This connection is usually made by a Seam. The seam is made from the plastic material during the subsequent injection molding of an outsole the same completely embedded and sealed.
The partial unit of the shoe formed from the outer shaft, insole and inner shoe is often manufactured in low-wage countries. For quality assurance reasons, one is therefore endeavors to make this subunit as simple as possible and with a small number of Design parts.
The present invention has for its object a shoe, in particular a Specify protective shoe that is waterproof and that is easy to manufacture. To achieve this object, the present invention cites the one mentioned at the beginning Shoe further developed in that the inner shoe as of a breathable membrane completely surrounded stocking is formed (see expression 1).
A fabric is closed as a breathable membrane in the sense of the present invention understand which is predominantly waterproof and the penetration of moisture into prevented in one direction, but is breathable, i.e. the passage of sweat in the other direction. Such breathable membranes are, for example known under the brand names Gore-Tex ® and Sympatex ®. According to the present Invention is the inner shoe as of such a breathable membrane fully surrounded stocking. Such a stocking, which preferably on the inside of the lining material can be used as a prefabricated component of the shoe according to the invention are manufactured in a low-wage country. For the manufacture of the material of the membrane and, if necessary, the lining material only are sewn, the seam preferably on the sole side of the stocking in the middle and is arranged running in the longitudinal direction of the shoe. This sub-component The shoe of the invention can thus be easily and simply by sewing the breathable membrane together with the lining material. As in itself closed stocking completely surrounded by the breathable membrane the inner shoe prevents moisture penetration.
In a preferred embodiment of the shoe according to the invention, any Seam connection except in the upper area of the outer shaft between the waterproof Liner and the outer shaft avoided in that the outer shaft with a Intermediate insert is connected between the outsole and the liner is arranged. The foot end of the outer shaft is thus through the intermediate insert held, which in turn rests on the sole side of the inner shoe and so defines the outer shaft pulled over the inner shoe opposite the inner shoe.
The connection between the intermediate insert and the foot end of the outer shaft is preferably caused by a seam, in particular a strobing seam. It has been for the Manufacture proven to be advantageous, one adjacent to this connection from outer shaft and intermediate insert arranged length section of the outer shaft not with to connect the liner. This tack-free length section preferably has one Extension from 0.3 to 3 cm and particularly advantageously from 0.5 to 1.5 cm, starting from of the connection between outer shaft and intermediate insert. Above this length A lower edge preferably extends circumferentially on the outer shaft an adhesive layer. Otherwise, the adhesive layer is preferably on the entire outer surface of the inner shoe and between this and the outer shaft. Only the so-called gusset, which is part of the outer shaft, which is around the The toe is placed and the protective toe grips around a safety protective shoe, is not glued to the liner.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, between the protective cap and the liner, at least on the sole side, an intermediate layer section arranged. This liner section serves to protect the liner and prevents the protective cap, which is usually made of steel, even with one long service life of the protective shoe according to the invention on the waterproof Breathable membrane of the inner shoe rubs and injures them.
In terms of manufacturing technology, an intermediate layer section that is integral with the Intermediate insert is connected, in this case that at the sole tip of the intermediate layer trained intermediate layer section not with the foot-side edge of the outer shaft connected is. Rather, the outer shaft is determined after Push a steel cap onto the inner shoe and over the intermediate layer section by overmolding the outsole.
The protective shoe according to the invention is produced in a process in which an inner shoe is made of a breathable membrane completely surrounded stocking is produced, an outer shaft comprising the upper material worked over the stocking and glued to it, the opposite foot-side ends of the outer shaft with a extending across the sole Intermediate insert is connected and finally a the foot end of the outer shaft receiving outsole is molded.
The first sub-step of the method can be used as a method step Production of a partial component of the shoe according to the invention detached from the other substeps. In this first step are only proportional simple sewing required.
