Definitions
- the invention is based on a spring arm contact element the type of claim 1.
- a Federarrnditionelement is known from DE 196 11 720 A1.
- the spring arm contact element is part of a connector, provided for coupling with a mating connector is. With this coupling, the spring arm contact element becomes electrical contact on a mating contact of the Mating connector pushed on.
- the spring arm contact element has two opposite one another Contact spring arms on, each on the as a flat connector Contact trained counter contact. To increase the Contact forces of the contact spring arms are due to the non-positive loading with an over-spring supported.
- the spring arm contact element according to the invention characteristic features of claim 1 has in contrast the advantage that the aforementioned inadequacy is avoided.
- the contact spring arms are on the spring arm contact element and spring legs of the over-spring designed so that with the Sliding on the contact section of the Spring arm contact element on the counter contact Contact spring arms on the one hand and the spring legs of the Overspring on the other hand in the longitudinal extension of the Countercontact geometrically separated contact points on the Form counter contact.
- the spring arm contact element 11 consists of a bent sheet metal part essentially from a box-shaped base body 12 a contact section 13 and on the other hand, facing the contact section 13 Connection section 14 connects.
- the spring arm contact element 11 is, as in the figure shown, contacted with a mating contact 16, which as a flat connector is formed and part of a no closer Knife strip shown is, with the here illustrated free end from a storage it Contact carrier protrudes.
- the contact section pushed onto the mating contact 16 13 of the spring arm contact element 11 has two opposite contact spring arms 17, which are two of themselves opposing side surfaces 18 of the base body 12 go out and run from here in a wedge shape.
- This straight line turns into an arc Training, at the apex of the contact spring arms 17th have the closest approximation to each other and one at a time electrical contact point 19 on counter contact 16 lying on.
- the Distance between the two contact spring arms 17 to each other again larger and the free ends form an insertion area 21 for the central insertion of the mating contact 16 into the Spring arm contact element 11.
- the contact section 13 has the spring arm contact element 11 also an over-spring 22 with two opposite Spring legs 23 on which of the two themselves opposite side surfaces 18 of the base body 12 going out.
- Contact section 13 run with the spring legs 23 one feed part 26 each, which adjoins the adjacent one Contact spring arm 17 extends beyond its length, at least approximately parallel to the mating contact 16, then perpendicular turn with a holding part 27, the end arcuate, directed towards the base body 12, runs out.
- connection section 14 of the spring arm contact element 11 a wire 29 is connected via a crimp connection.
- acceleration forces present on the base body 12 are by the rigid coupling of the spring 22 to the Base body 12 taken over by this and mechanical contact points 28 on the counter contact 16 derived.
- the spring 22 is mechanically stiff executed and made of steel, as well as with a Provide preload, which creates a frictional connection to the counter contact 16 has such that the derivative of the am Spring arm contact element 11 existing acceleration forces on the counter-contact 16 so that usually none Relative movements at the mechanical contact points 28 occur.
- they are made of a bronze material or of a copper-based material, which is also a good electrical conductor, so that low contact resistance to the counter contact 16 occurs at the electrical contact points 19.
- the contact spring arms 17 are not rigidly attached to the base body 12, but are respectively connected to it via a spring element 31.
- the spring element 31 can be implemented, for example, by a meandering, structurally soft connection to the base body 12. This results in a permanent frictional connection without relative movements between the contact spring arms 17 and the counter-contact 16.
- spring arm contact element 11 determine that the mechanical contact points 28 with this spring 21 geometrically separated from the electrical contact points 19 are and that the mechanical holding function is actually on the mechanical contact points 28 takes place.

Abstract
Description
Damit ergibt sich ein beständiger Kraftschluß ohne Relativbewegungen zwischen den Kontaktfederarmen 17 und dem Gegenkontakt 16.
