  8. Apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 - 7, characterized in that the quick-action clamping element is automatically fixed in the clamping position (32) in order to prevent the wiping element (12) moving back from the clamping position (32) into the release position (33).
  9. Apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 - 8, characterized in that the quick-action clamping element is rotated through 90° during a movement from the release position (33) into the clamping position (32).
  10. Apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 1 - 9, characterized in that the quick-action clamping element is produced from elastic material.
