Definitions
- the DE 1 106 772 discloses an apparatus according to the preamble of claim 10 for stripping a fluid from a roll, which on the one hand can serve as a roller cleaning device to completely free the roller of paint and on the other hand as a separator for different colors.
- single blade elements are provided axially next to each other, which are arranged independently of one another on a shaft which can be pivoted overall are. Depending on how the single doctor blade with respect to a position to the roll surface are previously set, after pivoting the shaft on the entire roll length or only on individual strips of color -. B. between two different colors - scraped off the roller.
- a movable doctor unit is advantageous, which can be brought into two different Anstelllagen. This is preferably carried out in one piece or at least several pieces connected to one another in such a way that corresponding active edges (doctor edges) are moved together for both functionalities.
- a common actuator and / or a common drive means can be used for both functions.
- the device 01 has a squeegee element 03 (FIG. 2) which can be attached to the lateral surface of the rotational body 02 (hereinafter roll 02).
- Fig. 1 and 2 which depending on the position no contact with the lateral surface of the roller 02 (position I, rest position I), a contact on a total effective length L02 of the lateral surface of the roller 02 (layer II, washing layer II) or a contact with at least one section a1 ; a2 of the lateral surface of the roller 02 (layer III, Abdginglage III), which is smaller than half the effective length L02 has.
- squeegee 09 so-called tandem doctor blade 09, which are on a common actuator 11 on the lateral surface to or away from her movable.
- the tandem blade 09 is preferably designed resiliently in the radial direction of the roller 02 with a spring hardness D09 and advantageously made in the region of its blade edge 07 of a softer material than that of the lateral surface.
- the wash squeegee 08 may be performed either rigid or resilient, with it in an advantageous embodiment with a doctor edge 06 having elastic lip 12, z.
- a rubber lip 12 is executed.
- the doctor element 03 is set further in the manner of the lateral surface until the washer blade 08 is also in contact with the lateral surface against the restoring force F09 of the resilient or spring-mounted tandem blade 09 (FIG. Fig. 3 , Location II).
- the doctor element 03 can in principle be provided by a linear movement, for example on a linear guide, or via a curved travel, for example a pivoting movement of a lever or a shaft.
- the positioning is based in a particularly advantageous embodiment of a force-dependent stop 17, the spatial position of its stop surface 22 is dependent on a size of a force.
- the stopper 17 itself as a spring element, for. Example, a compression spring, be formed, one end of which is arranged fixed to the frame and the other end defines the position-adjustable stop surface 22.
- Fig. 1 is the movable stop 17 z. B. formed by a roller 17, which over a plunger 18 is mounted on a frame-fixed bracket 19. The storage between roller 17, plunger 18 and holder 19 is designed such that the distance between the roller 17 and holder 19 is variable. Between bracket 19 and roller 17 is a spring element 21, for. B.
- the stop 17 acts as a function of the operating situation defining layer I; II; III with a rocket-resistant component, here a stop surface 23 of the lever arm 16, the device 01 together.
- the stop surface 22 is positioned such that upon interaction of the stop surfaces 22 and 23 in the unloaded state, the correspondingly tilted doctor element 03 assumes the position III (only squeegee 09 employed).
- the drive means 14 is acted upon by a pressure P1, which is a movement with a force F1 in the direction of stop 17 and a pivoting of the doctor element 03 and the squeegee 08; 09 causes.
- the pressure P1 is selected such that the spring element 21 is not deformed or only slightly deformed, ie that the force F1 is smaller than a spring force F21 required for a significant deflection in the region of the spring characteristic curve which is relevant for the bias voltage.
- the pressure P2 is selected in the example such that the stop 17 is springed at least as far as the doctor edge 06 is applied, ie that the force F2 is selected to be greater than the sum of the spring force F21 in accordance with the spring-loaded state and the restoring forces F09 and if necessary F08 the squeegee 09 and, if spring-loaded, squeegee 08 at the resulting deformation.
- the scraped off fluid F flows in the situation III (color decrease in the edge area) only via the squeegee 09 from.
- layer II washing
- the fluid F flows in the area of the squeegee 09 (subsection a1; a2) over the squeegee 09, and in the section a3 seared off only by the employed squeegee 08 via that section.
- paint, water and / or dampening solution can flow in a non-illustrated embodiment in a stationary arranged under the device 01 collecting container.
- the pressure P1 or P2 from the corresponding input line is present at an output of the first multiway valve 29, while the respective other line is closed.
- the output of the first multiway valve 29 is guided to an input of a second multiway valve 32.
- the input side pressure P1; P2 at a first output of the multi-way valve 32 which is connected, for example, with the plunger 28 facing away from the pressure chamber of the cylinder 26, or at a second output of the multi-way valve 32 which is connected, for example, with the plunger 28 facing the pressure chamber of the cylinder 26.
- the plunger 28 off or retractable.
- the squeegee element 03 is employed for the layer III in such a way that the squeegees 09 'are in contact with the lateral surface while the squeegee 08' is still spaced from the lateral surface (comparable to FIG Fig. 3 , Location III).
- the device 01 is arranged in cooperation with an axially changeable roller 02.
- This roller 02 is z. B. formed as a friction cylinder 02 of a color or dampening unit of a printing press and preferably has a hard, no elastic layer having lateral surface.
- Fig. 2 is the chanchable roller 02 shown in broken lines in their respective end positions of the traversing movement. On each face is designated with H stroke, ie the distance between the two reversal points of the iridescent roller 02, is shown.
- the device 01 can, however, in advantageous embodiments i.V.m. arranged with any rolls, substantially hard surfaces having rollers 02 or cylinder 02 acting together.

The achievable with the present invention consist in particular that compact and simple means on a same roller two functions, namely a washing and adjusting the fluid flow can be done to a material width. In terms of space and effort, this is advantageously accomplished with a single device instead of a plurality of circumferentially-arranged independent devices.
In particular, a movable doctor unit is advantageous, which can be brought into two different Anstelllagen. This is preferably carried out in one piece or at least several pieces connected to one another in such a way that corresponding active edges (doctor edges) are moved together for both functionalities.
Particularly advantageous for a remotely operable and / or automatable device is to provide an
The positioning of the
In

For the operating position of the layers II, the higher pressure P2 present at the first input of the
For the operating positions of the positions II and III, the pressure P1 or P2 present on the input side of the
In a variant of the second embodiment, not shown, the doctor element 03 'can also be designed in several parts in such a way that individual sections a1; a2; a3 performing segments - bent accordingly - are arranged side by side in the axial direction gapless. Per section a1; a2; a3 can also be arranged a plurality of bent in the same way or not bent sub-segments. The latter variant makes it possible in a simple manner by exchanging partial segments of different types to adapt the lengths of the sections a1; a2; a3 at widths b04; b04 min ; b04 max of
In the one-piece design, the doctor element 03 'can be exchanged quickly in a particularly simple manner and thereby possibly at a new width b04; b04 min ; b04 max of
In
The
For all the embodiments described, the doctor blade edge 07 'of the
Basically, an arrangement of offset in the circumferential direction of the
A hiring the Abnahmerakel 09 (position III) can in principle be manual or by the drive means 14, z. B. remotely operated and / or automated, done. In this case, it can either be triggered by a setting or an adjustment command of the printer or automatically. For the production in question, it may be permanently employed, or else preferably timed, in particular via a corresponding circuit or controller.
In an embodiment not shown, instead of the movable stop 17 a drive means 14 designed as a positioning drive is provided at the output of which at least three mutually different, in particular defined positions (corresponding to the three positions I, II and III) can be set.
This can be a linear drive in one variant, which either as an electric motor or as a fluid-operated positioning cylinder, z. B. a double-acting cylinder with position sensors or a multi-position cylinder with a plurality of series-arranged pressure medium cylinders is executed. In a second variant, this may be a stepping motor, via the steps of the three layers I, II and III can be realized.
