Claims (18)
- Aufwindevorrichtung für Endlosfäden mit mindestens einem Drehzentrum (6a) für mindestens einen Spanndorn (8, 10), welcher mit Antriebsvorrichtungen (80, 83, 67) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Antriebsvorrichtungen mind. eine elektrische und eine mechanische oder pneumatische Steuerung (33, 35) zugeordnet sind, welche über Leitungen (52, 72) über mehrere im Drehzentrum (6a) angeordnete Drehübertrager (50, 70) mit den Antriebsvorrichtungen in Wirkverbindung stehen, wobei jeder Drehübertrager je einen Rotor (53, 73) und einen Stator (54, 74) besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mehrere Spanndorne (8,10) tragender Revolver (6) in einem Gestell (14) drehbar gelagert ist, und mit einer ersten Antriebsvorrichtung (120) verbunden ist, welche über einen Drehübertrager (70) und Leitungen (72) an eine elektrische und/oder mechanische Steuerung (33, 35) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Spanndorn (8) eine insbesondere elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung (80) besitzt, welche über einen Drehübertrager (50) und Leitungen (52, 52') mit einer insbesondere elektrischen Steuerung (33) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Leitungen (52 bzw. 72) entlang des Drehzentrums (6a) zu einem Drehübertrager an einen Revolver (6) geführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Leitungen (52, 72) innerhalb eines koaxial mit dem Drehzentrum (6a) angeordneten Rohres (51), das an einem Gestell (14) angebracht ist, geführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der stationäre Teil oder Stator (54) eines Drehübertragers (50, 70) innerhalb des Revolvers (6) koaxial mit diesem an einem Rohr (51) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Leitungen (52) von einer Steuerung (33) innerhalb einer Welle (12) des Revolvers (6) zu einem Drehübertrager (50) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stator (74) um die Welle (12) herum angeordnet ist und an einem Teil des Gestells (14) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Revolver (6) eine im Gestell (14) drehbar gelagerte Drehscheibe (61) aufweist, welche über Stützen (63) mit einem Joch (62) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotoren (53, 73) an einem Joch (62) des Revolvers (6) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der Drehscheibe (61) und dem Joch (62) Achsen (65, 66) erstrecken, achsparallel mit dem Drehzentrum (6a), wobei die Achsen im Revolver (6) sowohl drehbar als auch längsverschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mind, eine Achse (65) durch einen Stellantrieb (67), der am Joch (62) des Revolvers (6) befestigt ist, in Längsrichtung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Revolver (6) Schwenkarme (16, 81) befestigt sind, welche Spanndorne (8, 10) tragen, wobei die Schwenkarme (16, 81) insbesondere mit den Achsen (65, 66) vorzugsweise starr verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spanndorne (8, 10) von Wellen (4) antreibbar sind, die in einem Tragrohr (8a) an einem Schwenkarm (81, 16) drehbar gelagert sind und mit Antriebsvorrichtungen (80) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebsvorrichtung (80) ein Elektromotor ist, wobei der Rotor (80a) direkt auf die Welle (4) aufgesteckt ist und das Gehäuse (80b) am Schwenkarm (81) oder am Tragrohr (8a) angeflanscht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Drehübertrager (50) innerhalb des Revolvers (6) angeordnet ist, wobei er insbesondere z.T. an einem Joch (62) des Revolvers (6) befestigt ist, und dass ein zweiter Drehübertrager (70) ausserhalb des Revolvers befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Antriebsvorrichtung (40) für die Tachowalze (2) ein Elektromotor sitzt, dessen Rotor direkt auf der Welle sitzt, welche mit der Tachowalze (2) verbunden ist und im Gestell (14) gelagert ist, und wobei das Gehäuse der Antriebsvorrichtung (40) direkt am Gestell (14) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor mit einem zusätzlichen Lager im Gehäuse oder im Gestell abgestützt ist.
