Abstract
Description
Ein Schöpfwalzenlackierwerk besteht dabei aus einer einem Formzylinder zugeordneten Auftragwalze und einer vorgeordneten, in einem Lackreservoir umlaufenden Schöpfwalze. Der Schöpfwalze ist bei einigen Ausführungen eine Dosierwalze zugeordnet.
Die Lackdosierung erfolgt entweder durch eine Drehzahldifferenz zwischen Schöpfwalze und Auftragwalze oder durch die Dosierwalze.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Kombinationslackierwerk.
Einem Formzylinder 1 einer Druckmaschine, der mit einem nicht dargestellten Gegendruckzylinder zusammen arbeitet, ist eine Auftragwalze 2 zugeordnet. Diese Auftragwalze 2 steht mit einer Schöpfwalze 3, einen Spalt 4 bildend, in Wirkverbindung.
Unter Spalt 4 wird dabei der sich über die Breite der Walzen 2; 3 erstreckende keilförmige Raum oberhalb der sich berührenden Walzen verstanden.
Die Schöpfwalze 3 läuft in einem Lackreservoir 5 um und dem Spalt 4 ist eine Lackzuführung 6 zugeordnet.
Die Wirkungsweise des erfindungsgemäßen Kombinationslackierwerkes wird nachfolgend beschrieben.
Bei einer Ausführungsvariante erfolgt durch die im Lackreservoir umlaufenden Schöpfwalze 3 in Verbindung mit der Dosierwalze 7 eine Vordosierung des Lackes, zusätzlich wird Lack über die Lackzuführung 6 in den Spalt zwischen Schöpfwalze 3 und Auftragwalze 2 eingebracht und mittels dieser Walzen dosiert.
Der überschüssige Lack wird durch die beidseitig den Walzen 2;3 zugeordnete Lackrakel 8 entfernt.

Claims (3)
- Kombinationslackierwerk für Druckmaschinen mit einer einem Formzylinder zugeordneten Auftragwalze und einer vorgeordneten in einem Lackreservoir umlaufenden Schöpfwalze dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Zuführung von Lack einem Spalt (4) zwischen Auftragwalze (2) und Schöpfwalze (3) eine Lackzuführung (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Kombinationslackierwerk für Druckmaschinen mit einer einem Formzylinder zugeordneten Auftragwalze, einer vorgeordneten in einem Lackreservoir umlaufenden Schöpfwalze und einer der Schöpfwalze zugeordneten Dosierwalze dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Zuführung von Lack einem Spalt (4) zwischen Auftragwalze (2) und Schöpfwalze (3) eine Lackzuführung (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Kombinationslackierwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schöpfwalze (3) und der Auftragwalze (2) seitlich Lackrakel (8) zugeordnet sind.
