Claims (5)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem zylinderförmigen Ventilkörper, dessen Außendurchmesser sich unter Bildung eines Ringabsatzes (5) in Richtung Einspritzöffnung (12) verringert und der mittels einer am Ringabsatz (5) angreifenden Spannmutter (20) axial gegen einen Haltekörper verspannt ist, wobei das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil in eine gestufte Aufnahmebohrung (30) im Gehäuse (32). der Brennkraftmaschine eingesetzt ist, die über einen zwischen einer Ringstirnfläche (22) der Spannmutter (20) und einem Gehäuseabsatz (34) der Aufnahmebohrung eingespannten Dichtring (40) abgedichtet ist, und wobei der Dichtring (40) axial gesichert auf dem im Durchmesser verringerten Schaftteil (10) des Ventilkörpers angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (40) eine zentrale kreisförmige Öffnung (42) aufweist, die nach Schieben über den Schaftteil (10) des Ventilkörpers definiert verformt wird,
wobei die definierte Verformung mittels eines Preßwerkzeugs erfolgt, das so in den Dichtring (40) eingedrückt wird, dass ein Materialfluss in Richtung des Schaftteils (10) stattfindet, der den Dichtring (40) auf dem Schaftteil (10) hält. - Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (40) lediglich an Teilbereichen seiner Innenwandfläche der zentralen kreisförmigen Öffnung (42) verformt ist, wobei die Teilbereiche vorzugsweise gleichmäßig über den Umfang des Dichtrings (40) verteilt sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (40) vorzugsweise an drei über seinen Umfang gleich verteilten Stellen verformt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch- 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring aus einem gegenüber dem Ventilkörper weicheren Werkstoff, vorzugsweise Kupfer hergestellt ist.
- Verfahren zur Befestigung eines Dichtrings (40) auf einem Schaftteil (10) eines Kraftstoffeinspritzventils für Brennkraftmaschinen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Dichtring (40) nach Aufschieben über den Schaftteil (10) mit einem Preßwerkzeug derart verformt, daß ein Materialfluß zum Schaftteil (10) entsteht.
