Claims (14)
- Fördereinrichtung (20) umfassend eine Führungsschiene (1) sowie zumindest ein an der Führungsschiene (1) geführtes und in einer Förderrichtung (F) antreibbares, ein ferromagnetisches Flussleitteil (3c) aufweisendes Transportmittel (3), wobei ein bezüglich der Führungsschiene (1) fest angeordnetes ferromagnetisches Flussleitorgan (5) einen Magnet (4) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (3) je zwei gegenseitig beabstandete, ferromagnetische Flussleitteile (3c) aufweist, welche derart ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass sich einerseits zwischen einem am Transportmittel (3) lösbar anliegenden, ferromagnetischen Ankerteil (6) ein magnetischer Kreis (8) ausbildet, und dass andererseits die Flussleitteile (3c) sowie das Flussleitorgan (5) unter Ausbildung eines Luftspaltes (8a) derart gegenseitig angepasst angeordnet sind, dass die beiden Flussleitteile (3c) mit dem Flussleitorgan (5) den magnetischen Kreis (8) ausbilden, um eine magnetisch erzeugte Anziehungskraft (Fm) auf das Ankerteil (6) zu bewirken.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (3) eine Lastseite (3h) aufweisen, und dass jeweils das eine Ende (3i) der Flussleitteile (3c) zur Lastseite (3h) hin mündet.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (4) als ein Permanentmagent oder ein Elektromagnet ausgestaltet ist, wobei der Elektromagnet zumindest durch eine am Flussleitorgan (5) angeordnete Spule ausgebildet ist, und der Elektromagnet insbesondere einen einstellbaren magnetischen Fluss zu erzeugen erlaubt.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Magneten (4) in Förderrichtung (F) gegenseitig beabstandet angeordnet sind.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flussleitorgan (5) sich in Förderrichtung (F) erstreckend ausgestaltet sind.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flussleitteile (3c) sowie das Flussleitorgane (5) derart ausgestaltet und gegenseitig angeordnet sind, dass die magnetischen Feldlinien im Luftspalt (8a) etwa senkrecht zur magnetischen Kraft (Fm) verlaufen, und dass das Flussleitorgan (5) in Förderrichtung (F) insbesondere parallel verläuft, damit die Summe der sich zwischen den Flussleitteilen (3c) sowie dem Flussleitorgan (5) ergebenden Luftspalte (8a) beim Fördern in Förderrichtung (F) konstant bleibt.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flussleitteile (3c) sowie das Flussleitorgan (5) derart ausgestaltet und gegenseitig angeordnet sind, dass die magnetischen Feldlinien im Luftspalt (8a) etwa parallel zur magnetischen Kraft (Fm) verlaufen.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (3) mit Ausnahme der Flussleitteile (3c) aus einem nichtferromagentischen Metall oder einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lastseite (3h) des Transportmittels (3) eine griffig ausgestaltete Teiloberfläche aufweist, um eine zusätzliche Haftreibung auf das Ankerteil (6) zu bewirken.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerteil (6) als ein schienengeführter Gleiter ausgestaltet ist, welcher von einer zweiten, parallel zur ersten Führungschiene (1) in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufenden Führungsschiene (2) geführt ist, und dass ein Trägerteil (7) oder ein Haltemittel (11) fest mit dem Gleiter verbunden ist.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spiel zwischen dem Gleiter (6) und der zweiten Führungsschiene (2) derart bemessen ist, dass ein über magnetisch wirkende Kräfte am Transportmittel (3) angekoppelter Gleiter (6) berührungslos zur zweiten Führungsschiene (2) gehalten ist.
- Fördereinrichtung (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf das Ankerteil (6) wirkende Halte- und Freigabevorrichtung (12), um das ferromagnetische Ankerteil (6) vom Transportmittel (3) zu lösen oder das Transportmittel (3) zusammen mit dem Ankerteil (6) ansteuerbar zu halten oder freizugeben.
- Fördersystem, insbesondere für Druckereiprodukte, umfassend eine Fördereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Führungsschiene für eine Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 zum Führen des in der Förderrichtung (F) antreibbaren Transportmittels, welches je die zwei gegenseitig beabstandeten, ferromagnetischen Flussleitteile (3c) und das am Transportmittel (3) lösbar anliegende, ferromagnetische Ankerteil (6) aufweist, wobei die Führungsschiene (1) das relativ zu ihr fest angeordnete ferromagnetische Flussleitorgan (5) mit dem Magnet (4) umfasst, das unter Ausbildung des Luftspalts (8a) derart an die Flussleitteile (3c) angepasst angeordnet ist, dass beide Flussleitteile (3c) mit dem Flussleitorgan (5) den magnetischen Kreis (8) ausbilden, um die magnetisch erzeugte Anziehungskraft (Fm) auf das Ankerteil (6) zu bewirken.
