Claims (17)
- Fördersystem (1) umfassend eine erste Führungsschiene (6) sowie eine Vielzahl von Haltern (8) für ein Fördergut, insbesondere Druckereiprodukte, mit je einem Führungsteil (5), der entlang der ersten Führungsschiene (6) individuell beweglich ist, sowie eine zweite Führungsschiene (7) mit einem daran geführten Antriebsmittel (2), das ein lösbares Ankoppeln an ein Ankoppelungsteil (5b) des Führungsteils (5) zulässt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (5) im angekoppelten Zustand zumindest teilweise vom Antriebsmittel (2) getragen ist, wobei die erste und zweite Führungsschiene (6; 7), das Führungsteil (5) und das Antriebsmittel (2) derart gegenseitig angepasst ausgestaltet sind, dass zumindest in einem Teilabschnitt des Förderwegs zwischen dem Antriebsmittel (2) und dem Ankoppelungsteil (5b) eine lasttragende Verbindung besteht und das Führungsteil (5) bezüglich der ersten Führungsschiene (6) berührungslos förderbar ist.
- Fördersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (5) als ein Gleiter (5) und insbesondere V-förmig und eine Dreipunktabstützung ausbildend ausgestaltet ist, und dass die erste Führungsschiene (6) eine entsprechend dem Gleiter (5) angepasst ausgestaltete Gleitfläche (6b) aufweist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Führungsschiene (6,7) zumindest über einer Teillänge zueinander parallel verlaufend angeordnet und derart gegenseitig beabstandet sind, dass ein Führungsteil (5), welches an der ersten Führungsschiene (6) im Eingriff ist, zugleich an das Antriebsmittel (2) ankoppelbar ist.
- Fördersystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Führungsschienen (6,7) übereinanderliegend angeordnet sind.
- Fördersystem nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Führungsschienen (6,7) derart gegenseitig beabstandet sind, dass ein am Antriebsmittel (2) angekoppeltes Führungsteil (5) bezüglich der ersten Führungsschiene (6) berührungslos förderbar ist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (2) eine flächige Lastseite (2e) zum Ankoppeln des Ankoppelungsteils (5b) aufweisen, und dass eine Mehrzahl von Antriebsmitteln (2) eine in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufende, aus einer Mehrzahl von Lastseiten (2e) bestehende Lastfläche ausbilden, um das Führungsteil (5) unabhängig von der jeweiligen Lage des Antriebsmittels (2) anzukoppeln, wobei die Lastfläche insbesondere keine oder nur sehr schmale Zwischenräume aufweist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (2) als eine Vielzahl individuell beweglicher, über Stirnseiten (2b,2c) aneinanderliegend antreibbarer Druckkörper ausgestaltet ist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (2) sowie das Führungsmittel (5) je eine sich in Förderrichtung (F) erstreckende Länge aufweisen, und dass diese beiden Längen derart bemessen sind, dass pro Antriebsmittel (2) zumindest ein Führungsmittel (5), insbesondere jedoch eine Mehrzahl von in Förderrichtung (F) hintereinander angeordneter Führungsmittel (5) ankoppelbar sind.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter (8) derart zum Halten eines flächigen Fördergutes, insbesondere eines Druckereiproduktes, ausgestaltet und mit dem Führungsteil (5) fest verbunden sind, dass das flächige Fördergut etwa senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (F) verlaufend gehalten ist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (F) abschnittsweise einzig die erste Führungsschiene (6) angeordnet ist, welche das Führungsteil (5) führt, oder dass in Förderrichtung (F) abschnittsweise einzig die zweite Führungsschiene (7) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen dem Antriebsmittel (2) und dem Ankoppelungsteil (5b) des Führungsteil (5) eine lasttragende Verbindung besteht.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest eine erste Führungsschiene (6) und zumindest eine zweite Führungsschiene (7) mit Antriebsmitteln (2), wobei die Führungsschienen (6,7) zumindest an Übergabestellen (15) gegenseitig parallel verlaufen, wobei die Übergabestellen (15) derart ausgestaltet sind, dass das Führungsteil (5), welches mit dem Antriebsmittel (2) einer zweiten Führungsschiene (7) lasttragend verbundene ist, an eine erste Führungsschiene (6) übergebbar ist, oder dass das Führungsteil (5) von einer ersten Führungsschiene (6) an ein Antriebsmittel (2) einer zweiten Führungsschiene (7) ankoppelbar ist, oder dass das Führungsteil (5) von einem Antriebsmittel (2) einer zweiten Führungsschiene (7) auf ein Antriebsmittel (2) einer weiteren zweiten Führungsschiene (7) oder von einer ersten Führungsschiene (6) auf eine weitere erste Führungsschiene (6) übergebbar ist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Führungsschiene (6) Verzweigungen aufweisen, deren Verzweigungsrichtung insbesondere ansteuerbar ist.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankoppeln des Führungsteiles (5) am Antriebsmittel (2) über magnetische, pneumatische, lösbar klebende oder gegenseitig eingreifende Mittel erfolgt.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (2) sowie das Führungsteil (5) ferromagnetische Flussteile (2g;7b,7d) aufweisen, welche derart gegenseitig angepasst angeordnet sind, dass ein am Antriebsmittel (2) anliegendes Ankoppelungsteil (5b) einen magnetischen Kreis (7e) ausbildet und durch magnetisch wirkende Kräfte gehalten ist.
- Fördersystem nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein bezüglich der zweiten Führungsschiene (7) fest angeordnetes, ferromagnetisches Flussleitorgan (7b) einen Magnet (7d) umfasst, und dass das Flussleitorgan (7b) derart bezüglich dem entsprechend angepassten Antriebsmittel (2) angeordnet ist, dass das Flussleitorgan (7b) über das Antriebsmittel (2) und das Ankoppelungsteil (5b) einen magnetischen Kreis (7e) bildet.
- Fördersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Halter (8) beziehungsweise jedes Führungsteil (5) eine individuelle Kodierung aufweist, und dass zumindest ein Sensor zum Erfassen der Kodierung vorgesehen ist, um insbesondere deren Aufenthaltsort zu erfassen beziehungsweise deren einzuschlagender Förderweg anzusteuern.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Fördersystems nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die geförderten Antriebsmittel (2) ein sich in Förderrichtung (F) bewegender, insbesondere zwischenraumloser Förderstrom erzeugt wird, und dass auf Grund dieses Förderstroms zwischen den Führungsteilen (5) mit Halter (8) und den Antriebsmitteln (2) eine lasttragende Verbindung erzeugbar ist, welche unabhängig von der Lage eines jeweiligen Antriebsmittels (2) ist.
