Abstract
Das Kreiselpumpenaggregat weist ein innerhalb des Pumpengehäuses (6) im Strömungsweg des Förderfluids angeordneten Strömungswächter (10) auf, der im wesentlichen aus einer elektromagnetischen Schaltvorrichtung (14) und einem zweiarmigen, schwenkbar gelagerten Hebel (16) besteht, dessen einer Arm (18) in den Strömungsweg ragt und dessen anderer Arm (19) einen Magneten (20) trägt, der mit der Schaltvorrichtung (14) in berührungsfreier Wirkverbindung steht. Die Schaltvorrichtung (14) ist innerhalb eines am Aggregatgehäuse angebrachten Klemmenkastens (11) angeordnet. Der Hebel (16) sitzt innerhalb eines patronenartig in das Pumpengehäuse (6) eingegliederten und nach außen hermetisch abgeschlossenen Wächtergehäuses (21), das so zum Klemmenkasten (11) benachbart angeordnet ist, daß es lediglich in magnetischer Wirkverbindung steht, so daß der im Klemmenkasten (11) befindliche Reedkontakt (14) von dem im Wächtergehäuse (21) befindlichen Magneten (20) gesteuert wird. Auf diese Weise kann ein üblicher Klemmenkasten (11) eingesetzt werden, der gegenüber dem Förderstrom nicht gesondert abgedichtet werden muß. The lever (16) sits inside a cartridge-like in the pump housing (6) and hermetically sealed to the outside guard housing (21), which is arranged adjacent to the terminal box (11) so that it is only in magnetic operative connection, so that in the terminal box (11) located reed contact (14) is controlled by the magnet (20) located in the guard housing (21). In this way, a conventional terminal box (11) can be used, which does not have to be sealed separately from the flow.
