Claims (9)

  1. Schutzkappe für einen Fluidbehälter, insbesondere für eine Gasflasche, die aus einem Kappenkörper (1) aus Polymermaterial mit einem Einsatz (2) aus Metall oder einer Metallegierung mit Innengewinde (10) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (2) eine oder mehrere Aussparungen (7) und mehrere Verstärkungen (6) an seiner Außenumfangswand bzw. mehrere Verstärkungen (6) an seiner Außenumfangswand enthält.
  2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (2) im wesentlichen die Form eines Rings mit einer mit Innengewinde versehenen Innenwand aufweist.
  3. Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (1) um den mit Innengewinde versehenen Einsatz (2) herum aufgespritzt ist.
  4. Kappe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (2) aus einem Zamac-Material besteht.
  5. Kappe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (1) aus einem Polyamid-Polymer besteht.
  6. Kappe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (1) aus einem den Einsatz (2) zumindest teilweise umfassenden Basisteil (4) besteht, welcher von einem Schutzbügel (5) überragt wird.
  7. Kappe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (1) einen Betätigungsknauf (3) aufweist, der Knauf (3) vorzugsweise von dem Schutzbügel (5) getragen wird und vorzugsweise einen elektronischen Chip enthält.
  8. Fluidbehälter, insbesondere Gasflasche, der mit einem Ventilblock oder einer Ventil-/Druckminderanordnung ausgestattet und des weiteren mit einer Schutzkappe gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 versehen ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schutzkappe gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem man
    a) einen Einsatz (2) aus Metall oder einer Metallegierung, der vorzugsweise ein Innengewinde aufweist, um einen Formwerkzeugkern herum anordnet;
    b) das Formwerkzeug um den mit dem Einsatz (2) versehenen Formwerkzeugkern herum positioniert;
    c) die Polymermaterialbestandteile in das Formwerkzeug einführt;
    d) die Kappe entformt und den Formwerkzeugkern der Kappe nach der Polymerisation herauszieht.
