技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于分配气体、尤其是医用气体的组件,包括气瓶、固定到气瓶的阀单元和围绕所述阀单元设置的保护盖,所述阀单元包括容纳在保护盖的上部中的压力指示装置如压力计或者指示气瓶的含量的装置如自主性(autonomie)指示装置,和优选地在盖的正面上的手轮。
背景技术
工业和医用气体通常被包装在气体容器、典型地气瓶中,其配设有阀单元,该阀单元具有或不具有内置的压力调节器,即开/关类型的简单阀,或者具有内置压力调节器的阀,也称为压力调节阀或调节器,允许控制输送的气体的流率和压力。
为了保护该阀单元,通常的做法是在气瓶的颈部区域并且围绕所述阀单元设置围绕所述阀单元形成保护罩的保护盖。这种盖通常被称为“阀罩(bonnet)”。
此外,为了允许气瓶/阀罩/阀组件被附接到一支承件如医院病床的梯级、担架、横木或应急车辆例如救护车等中的附接支承件,常见的是在阀罩上形成有固定的或可动的、特别是枢转的附接系统。
为了使气瓶/阀单元/盖组件易于运输和操纵,常见的是为盖提供运载手柄,运载手柄通常跨越盖并允许使用者单手携带盖。
这种类型的盖尤其是在文献EP-A-629812、DE-A-10057469、US-A-2004/020793和EP-A-2586481中描述。
为了控制气体的压力,常见的做法是将压力指示装置如压力计固定在用于气体穿过阀单元的通道中的一个上。
目前,该压力指示装置朝向阀的底部定位(由于技术的限制,特别是由于承受气瓶的压力的气体管道朝向阀的底部部分定位)意味着经常难以读取或者不易读取由压力指示装置所指示的压力,并且该压力经常误读。
此外,为了控制输送的气体的流率,即,允许或阻止气体穿过阀单元并且因此允许或阻止气体从所述单元流出,通常在阀单元上设置作用于阀单元内部的控制构件的旋转手轮。
目前,再次,由于使用了跨越阀单元的保护盖,使用者经常难以或不易转动该旋转手轮。
鉴于此,所产生的问题是使得由气瓶保护盖保护的阀单元所配设的压力指示装置更加舒适地读取,同时避免上述缺点并进一步优选地允许容易地转动控制气体流率的旋转手轮。
发明内容
本发明的解决方案是一种气体分配组件,其包括气瓶、固定到气瓶的阀单元和围绕所述阀单元设置的保护盖,所述阀单元包括指示气瓶的压力的指示器装置如压力计,或指示气瓶的含量的指示器装置,和旋转手轮,所述旋转手轮能够由操作者转动以控制气体的流率,其特征在于,保护盖包括在保护盖的上部区域中形成的第一开口,指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置可容纳在该第一开口内。
视情形而定,本发明的组件可包括下列技术特征中的一个或多个:
-压力指示装置是压力计。
-指示气瓶的含量的指示器装置是在气体方面的自主性的指示器。
-指示气瓶的含量的装置是度盘类型或数字装置,其指示对应于气瓶中剩余气体量的气体使用持续时间的估计值。
-指示气瓶的含量的装置优选是计算和以时间为单位显示气体自主性的电子装置。
-指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置以这种方式固定到阀单元,即,能够测量在穿过所述阀单元的气体通道内获得的气体压力。
-保护盖包括横向/侧向地形成于保护盖中并且旋转手轮能容纳于其中的第二开口。
-压力计或含量指示器的轴线(AA)、旋转手轮的轴线(BB)和气瓶的轴线(CC)共面。
-压力计或含量指示器的轴线(AA)和旋转手轮的轴线(BB)形成介于0°和90°之间、优选介于30°和85°之间的角度(α)。
-保护盖在其上部的区域中包括平坦表面,第一开口形成于所述平坦表面中。
-指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置设置在形成于平坦表面中的第一开口中,从而与所述平坦表面齐平。
-或者,指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置设置在形成于平坦表面中的第一开口中,从而在由第一开口形成的壳体内相对于所述平坦表面稍微后退/缩进,优选地后退0.1mm到10mm。
-又或者,指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置设置在形成于平坦表面中的第一开口中,从而从由第一开口形成的壳体相对于所述平坦表面突出,优选地突出0.1mm到10mm。
-所述平坦表面形成相对于气瓶的轴线倾斜的面。
-阀单元是调节阀。
-压力指示装置是度盘类型的压力计或电子压力计。
-盖由聚合物、优选地塑料制成。
-保护盖还包括通过一个或多个支承立柱连接到盖的运载手柄。
-运载手柄在保护盖上设置成使得压力指示装置或自主性指示装置定位在运载手柄和承载所述压力指示装置的阀单元之间。
-阀单元还包括气体出口连接器和充注连接器。
-旋转手轮设置在盖的正面上。
-盖由聚合物材料或金属或金属合金制成,优选由塑料如PVC、PE、PET、PP、PMMA、PU、PA等制成。应指出的是,塑料可被填充或增强,即例如包含添加的纤维。
-运载手柄和/或支承立柱由选自聚合物和金属或金属合金的刚性材料制成。
-运载手柄总体为长形(longiforme)。其长度通常介于5cm和20cm之间,优选介于6cm和15cm之间。
-运载手柄跨越盖体部。
-运载手柄是水平的或接近水平的,并且垂直于盖的轴线。
-气瓶的尺寸介于10cm和150cm之间。
-气瓶容纳0.5升到20升(水当量容量)。
-气瓶具有空心圆柱形本体。
-气瓶具有承载有气体出口孔口的颈部,阀单元固定到该气体出口孔口。
-气瓶容纳选自氧气、空气、N2O/O2混合物、He/O2混合物、NO/氮气混合物的气体或气体混合物或任何其它气体或气体混合物。
-气瓶由钢、铝合金或这些材料中的若干种的复合材料或组合制成。
-气瓶容纳处于高达大约350bar的压力下的气体。
本发明还涉及根据本发明的气体分配组件的应用,用于储存或分配气体或气体混合物,优选地医用气体或气体混合物。优选地,该气体或气体混合物选自氧气、空气、N2O/O2、He/O2、NO/氮气。

具体实施方式
图1示出刚性保护盖1的一个实施例,该保护盖通常称为“阀罩(bonnet)”,围绕阀单元12(未全部可见)设置,阀单元即是带有或不带有内置压力调节器的阀,其自身固定于气瓶2的颈部,所述保护盖1设有根据本发明的运载手柄5。
气瓶2通常具有由钢制成的圆柱形本体,尺寸介于10cm和150cm之间,容量为0.5升到20升(水当量)。
保护盖1保护阀单元免受撞击,无论阀单元12是具有内置压力调节器的类型,或者调节阀类型,或者是没有内置调节器的类型,通常是调节阀类型的阀。围绕阀单元12固定到气瓶2的颈部是通过螺纹连接实现的。
更具体地,保护盖1包括盖体部和运载手柄5,盖体部形成围绕尺寸设置为容纳阀单元12的内部容积的保护罩,运载手柄5设计为由使用者用一只手握持。
运载手柄5跨越保护盖1。
运载手柄5由刚性材料诸如聚合物或金属或金属合金制成,并且通过一个或多个将盖体部机械连接到运载手柄5的支承立柱13支撑。运载手柄5大致水平地设置,即,垂直于或接近垂直于气瓶2的和盖1的竖直轴线。运载手柄5具有长线性(longiligne)形状,无论是直的还是弯曲的,通常长度小于20cm,典型地为6cm到15cm。
支承立柱13固定在运载手柄5的一端或两端,从而允许使用者使用所述运载手柄5容易地四处搬运阀罩/阀/气瓶组件。
盖体部1通常由聚合物和/或金属类型的材料制成,优选由塑料如PVC、PE、PET、PP、PMMA、PU、PA等制成。
同样地,支承立柱13可以由塑料制成,像盖1的体部那样,但是同样可以由铝合金或任何其它金属材料制成。支承立柱例如可以通过螺纹连接或焊接固定到手柄5,或者形成为一体构件。
保护盖1还具有使得能够接近/到达位于盖体部1的内部体积内的阀单元12的开口11、14。
更具体地,第一开口11形成于保护盖1的上部1a,也称为顶部,在该开口中将容纳有指示气瓶的压力(如压力计4,其为度盘类型或电子类型)或含量(如自主性指示装置)的指示器装置。盖1的下部1b(也称为底部)位于气瓶2的位置/高度。
为了简单起见,在本说明书的其余部分,将讨论压力指示装置,但是给出的解释在严格意义上适用于指示气瓶的含量的指示器装置,诸如自主性指示装置,其将取代压力指示装置。
此外,保护盖1包括形成在保护盖1的正面上的第二开口14,控制穿过阀单元12的气体流量的旋转手轮6容纳在该第二开口中。
更具体地,阀单元12包括定位在所述正面上的旋转手轮6,使用者可以转动该旋转手轮以便控制气体的流量,旋转手轮6围绕气体出口连接器7设置以便排出储存在气瓶2中的气体。
优选地,压力指示装置、即压力计4的轴线AA、旋转手轮6的轴线BB、和气瓶2的轴线CC共面。有利地,压力指示装置4的轴线AA和旋转手轮6的轴线BB形成介于0°和90°之间,优选至少为30°,例如介于45°和85°之间的角度α,如图2和3所示。
根据图1-3中示意性示出的实施例,保护盖1在其上部1a、即盖1的顶部包括平坦表面10,第一开口11形成于该平坦表面10内。
平坦表面10实际上构成相对于气瓶2的轴线倾斜的面。优选地,平坦表面10垂直于压力计4的轴线AA,如图3中示意性地示出。
根据考虑的实施例,压力指示装置4以这种方式设置在形成于平坦表面10中的第一开口11中,即,其顶部处的窗口与所述平坦表面10齐平,或者相对于所述平坦表面10稍微缩进到由第一开口11形成的壳体内,又或者,相反地,从平坦表面10稍微向外突出。
压力指示装置4可以固定到位于盖1的内部体积内的阀单元的体部上,或者固定到盖上。
压力指示装置4、即压力计在盖1的正面顶部处的这种布置方式,优选地观察窗口倾斜以相对于气瓶2的轴线CC形成一给定角度,使得使用者非常容易地读取由压力指示装置或压力计4传递的压力,无论其是度盘类型或者电子仪表。
此外,将旋转手轮定位成使用者能够在盖1的正面1c上转动,使得更加易于转动控制气体流量的旋转手轮。
另外,阀单元12还包括位于背面并且可经由形成于盖1的背面中的第三开口(在图中不可见)访问的充注连接器16(参见图3),该充注连接器用于当气瓶2为空或几乎为空时将气体引入气瓶2,以及用于加压气体的出口连接器8,其设置在盖的侧面上(参见图3),位于在盖1的体部中制成的第四开口15内。
为了允许气瓶/阀单元/盖组件被附接或紧固到支承件如医院病床的梯级或担架上,保护盖1在其背面一侧上包括附接装置9,其能够在完全折叠位置(称为“静止”位置(在图3中示意性地示出),即当储存并且与盖1的体部接触或几乎接触时附接装置9所处的位置)和完全展开位置(称为“附接”位置,即当附接装置9完全展开并且可被附接到支承件如床的梯级等时附接装置9所处的位置)之间枢转。附接装置9围绕图3中示出的枢转轴线DD枢转通过一给定角度。
根据本发明的配设有带压力指示或自主性指示装置的盖1的气瓶2特别适合在医用环境使用,并且特别适合储存任何医用气体或气体混合物,尤其是氧气、空气、N2O/O2、He/O2、NO/氮气或其它类型。

Claims (15)

1.一种气体分配组件,包括气瓶(2)、固定到气瓶(2)的阀单元(12)和围绕所述阀单元(12)设置的保护盖(1),所述阀单元(12)包括压力指示或自主性指示装置(4)和旋转手轮(6),所述旋转手轮能够由操作者转动以控制气体的流率,其特征在于,保护盖(1)包括在保护盖(1)的上部(1a)区域中形成的第一开口(11),指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置(4)能容纳在该第一开口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,保护盖(1)包括横向地形成于保护盖(1)中的第二开口(14),旋转手轮(6)能容纳在该第二开口中。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置(4)的轴线(AA)、旋转手轮(6)的轴线(BB)和气瓶(2)的轴线(CC)是共面的。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,压力计的或指示气瓶的含量的装置的轴线(AA)与旋转手轮(6)的轴线(BB)形成介于0°和90°之间、优选介于30°和85°之间的角度(α)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,保护盖(1)在其上部(1a)区域中包括一平坦表面(10),第一开口(11)形成于所述平坦表面(10)中。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,指示气瓶的压力或含量的指示器装置(4)设置在形成于平坦表面(10)中的第一开口(11)中,从而与所述平坦表面(10)齐平或者在由第一开口(11)形成的壳体内相对于所述平坦表面(10)稍微后退。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述平坦表面(10)形成相对于气瓶(2)的轴线倾斜的面。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述阀单元(12)是压力调节阀。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述压力指示装置(4)是标度盘类型的压力计或电子压力计,或者指示气瓶的含量的装置是自主性指示装置。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述盖(1)由聚合物、优选由塑料制成。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,所述保护盖(1)还包括通过一个或多个支承立柱(13)连接到所述盖(1)的运载手柄(5),优选地,所述运载手柄(5)设置在保护盖(1)上使得压力指示或自主性指示装置(4)定位在运载手柄(5)和承载所述压力指示装置(4)的阀单元(12)之间。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,旋转手轮(6)设置在盖(1)的正面(1c)上。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,旋转手轮(6)围绕气体出口连接器(7)同轴地设置在第二开口(14)内。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件,其特征在于,保护盖(1)还包括附接装置(9),优选地枢转附接装置(9)。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组件的应用,用于储存或分配气体或气体混合物,特别是选自氧气、空气、N2O/O2、He/O2和NO/氮气的气体或气体混合物。
