Claims (7)
- Gasflasche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Gasflasche aus zwei Gasflaschen-Halbschalen (2) zusammengesetzt ist,daß die Gastlaschen-Halbschalen (2) aus einer Aluminium-Legierung bestehen,daß die Gasflaschen-Halbschalen (2) in einem mehrstufigen Tiefziehverfahren aus einem Blech mit einer Wandstärke von höchstens 6 mm in einem Arbeitsgang ohne Zwischenglühen hergestellt sind,und daß das Verhältnis von Höhe zu Durchmesser der Gasflaschen-Halbschalen etwa 1 : 1 bis 3 : 1 beträgt. - Gasflasche nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre zwei Gasflaschen-Halbschalen (2) eine identische Form haben. - Gasflasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasflaschen-Halbschalen (2) in einem ersten Stufenzug bis zu einer ersten Ziehtiete mit einem ersten Durchmesser gezogen werden, der größer als der endgültige Durchmesser der fertigen Halbschalen ist, und daß in einem unmittelbar anschließenden zweiten Stufenzug die Gasflaschen-Halbschalen (2) über die gesamte Ziehtiefe mit dem endgültigen Durchmesser gezogen werden. - Gasflasche nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Ziehtiefe etwa 50% der endgültigen Ziehtiefe beträgt. - Gasflasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasflaschen-Halbschalen in drei unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgenden Stufenzügen gezogen werden. - Gasflasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstärke der Gasflaschen-Halbschalen (2) etwa 3,0 bis 3,5 mm beträgt. - Gasflasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminium-Legierung Al Mg4,5 Mn ist.
