Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Scharnierteil-Rohlingen aus einem gewalzten oder gezogenen Profilmaterialstreifen, der durch Strahl-Trennschneiden entlang einer querlaufenden Begrenzungslinie (I) am Profilmaterialstreifen und Trennen entlang einer Trennlinie in die einzelnen Scharnierteil-Rohlinge aufgeteilt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Profilmaterialstreifen einen T- oder Y-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist,der Profilmaterialstreifen im Bereich des Scharnierkopfes (7 bzw. 8) durch ein Trennverfahren, z.B. Säge-Trennschneiden, entlang einer Trennlinie (III) und der Profilmaterialstreifen für die Scharnier-Befestigungsflügel (3 bzw. 4) und die Scharnier-Kragarme (5 bzw. 6) durch Trennschneiden entlang von Begrenzungslinien (I) und Trennlinien (II) in die einzelnen Scharnierteil-Rohlinge mit im Vergleich zum Trennverfahren für den Scharnierkopf geringeres Schnittqualität aufgeteilt wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von Scharnierteil-Rohlingen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Profilmaterialstreifen bei einem türseitigen Scharnierteil-Rohling durch ein die Begrenzungslinie (I) und die Trennlinien (II) umfassenden Trennschnitt in die einzelnen Scharnierteil-Rohlinge aufgeteilt wird.
