Definitions
- the present invention relates to an outer wall for buildings, especially for residential buildings consisting of a load-bearing Wooden structure and clay elements.
- outer walls of buildings there are for the design of outer walls of buildings various possibilities. Such external walls are common made of bricks, concrete elements or special ones Made of lightweight materials.
- the basic variants for the The structure of the outer walls has mostly been known for a long time.
- outer walls have also been in half-timbered construction manufactured. This is a load-bearing wooden structure made up of more or less strong beams, with empty spaces between the individual bar elements remain, so-called compartments. These compartments can turn filled with various building materials. It is also known, the compartments with a mixture of clay and straw to fill in or burned or dried clay blocks in to use these compartments.
- a disadvantage of the half-timbered construction filled with clay is that the different building materials wood and Clay depending on the temperature and humidity expand to different extents. This leads to over the years a gap between the clay and the wood. On the one hand the appearance is impaired if, for example plaster applied on the outside due to the different Expansion cracks in many places. The Grouting also leads to an impairment of physical building characteristics, because of the joints water can penetrate, which ultimately the thermal insulation properties the outer wall will deteriorate significantly.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a novel exterior wall, the high static Meets requirements, the advantageous building physics Includes properties of clay and above In addition, good thermal insulation and sound insulation with simultaneous Ensures windproofness.
- This object is achieved in that the wall from a outer thermal insulation layer, an inner flat board stack element and one between the insulation layer and the board stacking element enclosed flat layer of clay.
- This outer wall structure has the advantage that very good thermal insulation achievable is. This also results from the fact that the Thermal insulation layer is flat, so that no cold bridges between the thermal insulation material and load-bearing components arise.
- the desired static properties of the The outer wall is essentially through the inner board stack element provided. Board stacking elements can be high Absorb loads. Because these board stacking elements are made of wood exist, there is climatic communication between the Interior of the building and clay layer through the board stack element possible through. Due to the layer structure possible mechanical stresses between the individual Layers added without affecting the individual layer become.
- An advantageous embodiment of the outer wall stands out characterized in that the board stack element with open joints is formed, the individual boards in the stacking direction not glued together but mechanically by compliant Fasteners such as nails, pins, dowels or the like are connected.
- This configuration improves the communication options for the enclosed clay layer, because moisture is particularly good over the joints can be transported between the individual boards.
- Depends on the temperature and the value of the air humidity also changes the size of the joints between the Boards, so that as a result inside the building one for the well-being optimal climate is created. In the heating season can the moisture stored in the clay layer to the Interior are given, so that a too dry indoor climate is avoided.
- a preferred embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the clay layer a Solid clay layer is.
- the present largely homogeneous Clay layer has a particularly high storage capacity for Humidity.
- the homogeneous structure also serves this purpose Layer and the resulting mass of a good one Soundproofing.
- thermal barrier coating made of soft wood fiber insulation. This is a fully biological construction of the outer wall possible. To the thermal insulation layer will not have high static requirements provided so that softwood can be used here which has a good thermal insulation value.
- the thermal barrier layer also made of styrofoam or a similar plastic consist. With these materials, particularly high thermal insulation values can be achieved can be achieved. In other embodiments any other thermal insulation materials can be used become. For example, mineral fiber boards or made of Thermal insulation elements made from natural raw materials are used become.
- Weather shell can serve, for example, a plaster layer, through which the thermal insulation layer is effective against weather influences is protected.
- the weather shell is usually used also the visual design of the outer wall.
- a weather shell e.g. from wooden shingles that form the weather shell. If in this case the thermal insulation layer is also made of wood there is, in turn, a consistent biological structure of the Outside wall ensured.
- the only figure shows a perspective sectional view an outer wall.
- the overall structure according to the invention is particularly for external walls of buildings, e.g. B. residential buildings, suitable.
- the outer wall has a board stacking element on the inward side 1, which consists of a variety of boards 2 is composed.
- the board stack element also made of square timber or similar strings lined up Wooden elements exist.
- the grain direction this board 2 runs e.g. vertical so that the board stacking element static loads in the vertical direction are good can record.
- the individual wooden elements 2 are through Connecting elements 3 mechanically interconnected, where as connecting elements such as nails, steel or Hardwood pins, dowels or the like can be used.
- the manufacture of such board stacking elements is general known.
- the individual boards 2 preferably not together glued so that the joints 4 between the individual boards enable easier moisture transfer.
- the outer wall has a thermal insulation layer facing the outside 5, which is also formed over the entire surface.
- thermal insulation layer 5 can, for example, be made of suitable ones Plastic plates consist of a rail system or are connected to each other by adhesive connections.
- the thermal insulation layer can maintain the wall structure as naturally as possible but also be made from softwood. Wood fiber boards are also used if they are for outdoor use is intended. Are natural also insulation materials such as sheep wool or mineral fibers can be used, as is generally known in the prior art is.
- the heat insulation layer 5 can be directly on the board stack element 1 are attached by passing through the clay layer 10 extending fasteners are used.
- the invention Outside wall a particularly biological structure of buildings allows without restrictions on the static and to bring building physics requirements with it. In particular, it is a health-promoting and allergy-resistant construction. With the invention Outside wall is air conditioning inside the building and high thermal insulation is also possible.
