Description

The invention relates to a panel for a wall or Roof surface, with cladding panels carried by a holding device, wherein the holding device is a mounting rail, one on the mounting rail in a sliding guide longitudinally movable thrust rail and the cladding panels with the mounting rail and with the push rail connecting, mounted in hinged carrier, and wherein by moving the thrust rail, the cladding panels from a closed position in which the cladding panels to form a closed surface in one Open position are pivotable, in which the cladding panels have a distance from each other.

In one known from DE 44 29 471 A1 covering the specified type, the support rail and the thrust rail from two adjacent long profiles, from which one with a cross-section C-shaped Section a cross-sectionally T-shaped portion of encompasses other long profiles. Mit einem solchen Lamellenfenster ist es jedoch nicht möglich, ohne Unterbrechung durch den Rahmen großflächige Fassaden zu verkleiden.DE 196 45 802 C1 shows a louvre window for vertical Facades with a rectangular frame, the one has upper and a lower cross member and two side parts. WO 93/03237 shows and describes a movable roof. On a support are in this roof a plurality of Plates arranged. It is still a push bar provided that connected to the plates via the carrier is. The push rail is used to open and close the Roof moved by means of a gear transmission. In the Closed position, the carrier is only partially within a channel arranged.

The invention is based on the object, a cladding of the type mentioned above to be designed so that the sliding guide and the hinges against contamination and corrosion are better protected.

The object is achieved in that the Mounting rail one on the cladding panels facing Side open channel has, in the closed position the cladding panels is covered by this, that the thrust rail in the formed by the support rail Channel is arranged and that the carrier in the closed position the cladding panels are completely disposed in the channel.

In the case of the lining according to the invention, the thrust rail is completely housed inside the mounting rail, their Sliding guide is therefore effective against contamination protected. The same applies to the hinges, which the Carrier and optionally the supports with each other and with connect the support rail or the push rail. Are located the cladding panels in the closed position, so are all movable components of the holding device in the covered by the cladding panels of the channel Swiveled in support rail. This way becomes a special one achieved effective protection, which is also an arrangement of Mounting rail on the side facing away from the building Cladding panels allows. The inventive Design of the holding device continues to provide an aesthetic appealing appearance with smooth, through functional elements not disturbed outer surfaces and is therefore suitable in particular to create attractively designed Facades. The length of the cladding panels is not through bordering frame members, but can be over extend a plurality of parallel holding devices out and offers the possibility of a uniform disguise large surface sections of a facade.

According to another proposal of the invention can between the support rail and the thrust rail a friction-reducing Sliding element, preferably made of plastic be. This reduces the effort required for pivoting the cladding panels and helps to avoid sliding noise at. A simple position securing the thrust rail in the channel of the mounting rail can according to the invention be achieved in that the channel is a narrower Section and between the narrower section and the ground the channel has a wider section, with the thrust rail engages in the wider channel section. hereby is against the push rail with simple means Backed out of the channel.

The mounting rail can advantageously from an extruded profile exist, and at least one rectangular hollow profile comprising a wall forming the bottom of the channel. Due to the hollow profile, the torsional stiffness of the mounting rail significantly increased. Furthermore, the hollow profile is suitable for attaching fasteners through which the support rail, z. B. connected to a building wall can. According to the invention may also continue the side walls each channel of a rectangular hollow section be formed with a web with the hollow profile the channel bottom is connected. The jetty is located here preferably in one with the outer wall of the hollow profile the side wall and the outer wall of the channel bottom in a common plane, so that on the outside of the Rail guide flat side surfaces. Preferably the support rail with respect to a to the pivot axis the cladding panels vertical plane symmetrical Cross-section on. To form a soft contact surface for the cladding panels in the closed position and for the better Sealing of the channel in this position of the cladding panels is for a further proposal of the invention provided that facing the cladding panels End faces of the side walls of the channel sealing strips wear, to which the cladding panels can be applied are. Especially if the cladding panels are made of glass The sealing strips may be too hard Prevent the disks from being hit against the mounting rail.

The cladding panels are according to the invention on a support fastened by a disposed in the channel first swivel joint pivotable with the side walls of the mounting rail connected is. The pivot axes of the cladding panels are therefore stationary. At a distance from that first pivot is the carrier through a second pivot connected to one end of a column, the other one End connected by a third pivot with the push rail is. The support is arranged so that by a Longitudinal movement of the thrust rail in the mounting rail the cladding panels can be swiveled. Preferably the support adjustable in length to dimensional tolerances compensate and a simultaneous closed position of the cladding panels to reach. The movement of with The push rail-connected support can be on two different Species take place. For one thing, the prop can do that be arranged that the sense of rotation of the pivoting movement equal to the direction of rotation of the pivoting movement of the cladding panels is. Such an arrangement allows relative small strokes of the thrust rail, but causes higher loads the swivel joints and the sliding guide. At the second Arrangement of the support is the direction of rotation of their pivoting movement the sense of rotation of the pivoting movement of the cladding panels opposed. Here are the occurring Forces that load the swivel joints and the slide, considerably lower, but it is measured by the Swivel angle larger stroke of the push rod needed. Furthermore can with this arrangement of the support an opening angle the cladding panels of over 90 ° can be achieved.

In Figures 1 and 2 is a section of a panel shown for attachment to a vertical building facade is determined. One can be seen on the facade too fixing mounting rail 1, a plurality of superimposed Cladding panels 2, rod-shaped carrier 3, which wear the cladding panels 2 and by hinges. 4 pivotally connected to the mounting rail 1, an in the support rail 1 longitudinally movably mounted thrust rail. 5 and movable supports 6, the 7 via pivot joints with the Straps 3 and on invisible hinges with the Thrust rail 5 are connected. Figure 1 shows the cladding panels 2 in the closed position in which they are together form a flat, vertical surface. By moving the thrust rail 5 in the mounting rail 1 can be the Cladding panels 2 in an open position shown in Figure 2 pivot in which the cladding panels are parallel stand each other at an angle from the support rail 1. In addition to the open position shown in Figure 2 are a Variety of other open positions possible, in which the cladding panels 2 at a different angle to the mounting rail 1 inclined.

The cladding panels 2 consist in the embodiment shown from two glass panes 8, 9, which by a Intermediate layer of plastic are interconnected. Here, the inner glass 8 is at the top Edge and the outer glass pane 9 at the bottom over the respective other glass pane 9 or 8 to such Amount over that the protruding edges of the Glass panes 8, 9 of adjacent cladding panels 2 overlap in the closed position and thereby a make rainproof closure. To hold the glass panes 8, 9, the carrier 3 brackets 10, 11, wherein the Clamp 10 the lower edge of the glass sheets 9 and the Clamp 11 embrace the upper edge of the glass panes 8. Are cladding panels made of other materials, for example, made of metal or plastic, so In place of the brackets, other fasteners may be used be provided.

The design of the mounting rail 1 with the stored therein Lifting rail 5 can be seen in detail from Figure 3. The Support rail 1 consists of a rectangular, U-shaped Extruded profile, which can be made of aluminum. The mounting rail 1 has a longitudinal direction extending, central channel 12, of two side walls 13 and a bottom 14 is limited and on the Floor 14 opposite side is open. The floor 14 is formed by a rectangular hollow profile 15. The side walls 13 also have rectangular hollow sections 16th on, each by a the outer wall of the hollow sections 16 extending bridge 17 with the lateral outer wall of the Hollow sections 15 are connected. By this configuration the side walls 13, the channel 12 receives a T-shaped Cross section with a narrower section 18 between the Hollow sections 16 and a wider section 19 between the webs 17. Located in the section 19 of the channel 12 a C-shaped sliding member 20 in which a rectangular Section 21 of the thrust rail 5 longitudinally displaceable is stored. The section 21 and the slider 20 fill the section 19 of the channel 12 essentially, so that is an almost play-free storage of the thrust rail results. At the section 21 are at right angles to this formed two parallel ribs 22 which in the section 18 of the channel 12 protrude. The ribs 22 are used for attachment the arranged between them pivot bearing, the Connect supports 6 to the thrust rail 5. The of the Hollow sections 16 formed end faces of the side walls 13th have undercut longitudinal grooves 23, in the seals 24 are used, in which in the closed position put on the cladding panels 2.

The sectional view of Figure 4 illustrates above all the embodiment of the carrier 3 and the supports 6 and their Position in the closed position. The carrier 3 consist of two parallel juxtaposed metal strips 25, the at a distance from each other by connecting screws 26th and between the metal strips on the connecting screws 26 arranged spacer sleeves firmly connected are. The metal strips 25 are perpendicular to the cladding panels 2 arranged. Between the metal strips 25 there is a filling body 27 made of elastomer. The filler 27 protrudes on the cladding panels 2 facing Side slightly beyond the metal strip 25 and forms a contact surface for the cladding panels 2. The brackets 10, 11 for fixing the cladding panels 2 are each integrally formed with a spacer sleeve and by a connecting screw 26 to the sheet metal strip 25th attached. At the upper ends of the carrier 3 is located each of the swivel 4. It is from a bolt formed in the holes in the side walls 13 of the mounting rail 1 is attached.

The supports 6 each consist of a rod 28, the has a coaxial threaded bore 29 at both ends. In the threaded holes 29 are screwed threaded rods 30. The outer ends of the threaded rods 30 have each have a bearing ring 31, in which a bearing pin 32nd or 33 is used. The bearing pin 32 is approximately in the Center of the support 3 attached to the metal strip 22 and forms with the associated bearing ring 31, the rotary joint. 7 The bearing pin 33 is on the ribs 22 of the thrust rail. 5 attached and forms with the associated bearing ring 31 a Swivel joint 34, which connects the support 6 with the thrust rail 5. The two threaded holes 29 and the two Threaded rods 30 of the support 6 each have an opposite Thread pitch, so that by turning the rod 28, the length of the support 6 is variable. This allows Manufacturing tolerances balanced and the cladding panels 2 aligned exactly in their respective angular position become.

Eine solche Anordnung der Stützen 6 erfordert einen erheblich größeren Hub der Schubschiene 5 gemessen am jeweiligen Öffnungswinkel, verursacht aber wesentlich geringere Kräfte und ermöglicht bei entsprechend großer Länge der Stützen 6 einen deutlich größeren Schwenkwinkel der Verkleidungsplatten 2.Figure 4 shows the supports 6 in an arrangement in which they in the closed position from the hinge 7 from pointing upwards and when opening or closing the cladding panels 2 are pivoted in the same direction as the Cladding panels 2. This arrangement allows relatively short strokes of the thrust rail 5 to open or close the Cladding panels 2. The disadvantage here, however, that higher support and operating forces occur. Will you avoid this, so instead the supports 6, as indicated by dash-dotted lines 6a, arranged so be that they in the closed position from the hinge 7 point down, with the sense of rotation of their pivoting movement reverses. Such an arrangement of the supports 6 requires measured a considerably larger stroke of the thrust rail 5 at the respective opening angle, but causes much lower forces and allows at accordingly long length of the supports 6 a significantly larger swing angle the cladding panels 2.

As can be seen from Figure 4, are the carrier 3 and the supports 6 in the closed position of the support plates. 2 completely within the channel 12, this being by the Covering panels 2 is covered. This results a special from a design point of view appealing appearance combined with effective protection the hinges and the sliding guide of the thrust rail.

In the embodiment shown in Figure 5, the Movement of the thrust rail 5 by a gear with toothed Link to the support 3 of the cladding panel. 2 transfer. For this purpose is between the ribs 22 of the thrust rail 5 a rack 35 and arranged by means of screws 36 attached to the portion 21 of the thrust rail 5. The screws 36 pass through a slot 37 in the rack 35. This makes it possible, the rack 35 in Adjust longitudinal direction relative to the thrust rail 5. At the carrier 3 is a toothed segment 38 with a to the hinge 4 concentric gearing attached to the teeth the rack 35 engages. Will the thrust rail 5 moves downwards from the position shown in FIG. 5, so this movement becomes a rotational movement of the tooth segment 38 and the carrier firmly connected with this third and the cladding panel 2 attached thereto and the trim panel 2 in an open position pivoted.
