Abstract

The elastically extendable tensile fittings (11) attached to the cables (9) have a height smaller than their width. This fitting and the cable guide rolls (13) at the end remote from the door opening lie horizontally flat above the horizontal part of the side rails (3, 4), but do not protrude outwards beyond the door construction, or only protrude very slightly. The door comprises a number of articulated panels (1, 6, 7) with rollers (2) that can move along vertical side rails (3) that curve in a horizontal direction at their top ends. The rollers (5) for the top panel (6) are moved along a second pair of side rails (4) extending parallel to and lying above the horizontal part of the first pair of side rails. Elastically extendable tensile fittings, preferably fitted with weight balancing devices, extend above the two pairs of the rails in a horizontal direction, the end remote from the door opening being attached to the building and the opposite end facing the opening being connected to cable guide rolls. The cables are anchored at one end and in the area remote from the door opening they extend essentially parallel to the horizontal part of the side rails. Close to the door opening the cables extend around further guide rolls (10) and are secured to the bottom panel (7).

Description

The invention relates to a Deckengliedertor with a door leaf of several in Direction of movement successively hinged to each other panels According to the preamble of claim 1. Such ceiling sectional doors not only for hall doors, but to a greater extent also for garage doors used because they are over other overhead moving gates in terms of their space requirements in the transition between closed position and Open position does not require any significant space inside the building and with regard to the required lintel height above the gate opening to be closed less demanding than a roll-up door, but more sophisticated than a tilt-or Are swinging door. The latter, however, needs the transition between the End positions space inside and possibly outside the door opening.

From the publication CH 343 624 is a Deckengliedertor with weight compensation device known, wherein the weight compensation device as simple horizontally oriented helical tension spring is formed. adversely Here is the required large space aside the panels, the after Outside is covered by a frame, and in the ceiling area above the Passage height of the door opening. A swinging door needs one side beside the gate and in the ceiling area less space.

A Deckengliedertor with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from document EP-A-0 868 587. In the known Device are the Schraubenzugfedern over each other along the side Outside area of the second rails arranged. Here, too, is therefore one corresponding space required laterally next to the panels.

As there is an increasing desire, old overhead doors in existing garages to replace ceiling slotted gates, the invention is based on the object the installation space laterally next to the panels of the ceiling sectional door and in the Minimize ceiling area. This object is achieved by the Forming a ceiling sectional door with the features of claim 1 solved.

Advantageous embodiments and further developments are in the claims 2 and 3 described.

When using multiple helical tension springs whose height is less than its width, and arranging the pulley horizontally flat above the Running rails, wherein the Mehrfachschraubenzugfedern and the pulleys the overall construction of the overhead sectional door is not or only slightly after projecting outside, it is achieved that both the lateral space in addition to the Panels as well as the required space in the ceiling area extremely low can be held. By the leadership of the multiple screw tension spring and the pulley on the upper track is the space in Ceiling area minimized. The guide within a U-shaped sheet metal channel prevents a risk of crushing between multiple screw tension spring and Tracks. It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the Pulley also with sliders, preferably made of plastic, is trained. This has the advantage that when moving the gate the Grinding noises between traction means and deflection roller and guide rail be minimized.

A Deckengliedertor with a door leaf of several in the direction of movement successively hinged panels 1 is shown in Fig. 1. The panels 1 have laterally arranged rollers 2, which in lateral Running rails 3, 4 are guided. One of these side rails 3 extends vertically and horizontally after a bow crossing. In them, the Rollers 2 out in the lower part of the panels or in the coupling area are arranged between the panels. Another running rail 4 is arranged horizontally above the first track 3 and extends continue horizontally towards the door opening. In her, the roles 5, the the upper edge of the uppermost in the closed state of the ceiling sectional door Panel 6 out.

At the lower edge of the panel 7 when the door panel is the lowest Couplings 8 arranged. These coupling pieces 8 can, as shown in Fig. 1st shown connected to the rollers 2 also arranged at this point be. The side of the coupling pieces 8 are ropes 9, the one to Weight compensation device include, with one end releasably attached. Out For safety reasons, two ropes 9 are arranged approximately parallel. This ensures that, if one of the ropes 9 breaks, the second rope continue to fulfill the full function of the weight balancer. A near the door opening overhead deflection roller 10 directs the ropes 9 of the originally approximately vertical direction in an approximately horizontal direction. Horizontally above the rails 3, 4 is a Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11 trained elastically extensible traction means attached the end facing away from the door opening directly or indirectly over the rails 3, 4 or a suspension, preferably adjustable on Building area, is set. The fixation point 12 is only shown schematically. At its end facing the door opening carries the Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11 a guide roller 13, of the cables 9 180 ° is entwined. The second end of the ropes 9 is then stationary Toröffnungsnah attached to the fixing point 14. Such above-described training Weight balancing devices are known professionally.

The design and arrangement of the Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11 and the one end with its associated guide roller 13 is shown in Figs. 2 and 3 shown. Above the upper track 4 is a metal channel 15 with a arranged upwardly open U-shaped cross-sectional profile. This Sheet metal channel 15 can by direct screwing or clamps with be connected to the running rail. Within the sheet metal channel 15 is the Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11. In the exemplary embodiment, this consists of three horizontally adjacent Schraubenzugfedern 16. The respective Ends of the Schraubenzugfedern 16 are connected via retaining hooks 17 and connected to the subsequent components. The opposite of the gate opening Retaining hook 17 is connected to a retaining tab 18, which has several successive bores 19 directly or indirectly and adjustable on Building is attachable. Indirect attachment can also be that the retaining tab 18 is connected to one of the rails 3, 4, the necessarily also be connected to the building.

At the front retaining hook 17 of the Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11 is connected via a Support fork 20, the guide roller 13 is attached. The guide roller 13 is located as the Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11, horizontal flat in the sheet metal channel 15th sheet metal channel 15, pulley 13 and Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11 are above the running rail 4 arranged that they only slightly outward 21 with Projecting beyond the overall construction of the ceiling sectional door. in the Embodiment, this projecting distance 22 is so small that the branches lying here 23 of the ropes 9 still just next to the Running rails 3, 4 lying deflection roller 10 can be performed without the associated wall 24 de sheet metal channel 15 to grind.

To reduce wear, but also especially for noise reduction, are the Schraubenzugfedern 16 of the Mehrfachschraubenzugfeder 11 with Sliders 25 formed. These sliders 25 are with respect to the two outer Schraubenzugfedern 16 formed like a clip. The thigh These clips include the two outer Schraubenzugfedern 16th beyond its half diameter. This prevents the Multiple screw tension spring 11 directly on the ground or on the walls 25, 26 of the sheet metal channel 15 up or rests. Also, the support fork 20 for the Guide roller 13 is provided with sliders. These sliders 25 are as a rivet 27 formed of plastic, with their shaft in corresponding Holes of the support fork 20 are pressed and their head from the outside the support fork 20 rests. This ensures that the support fork 20 for holding the guide roller 13 not directly on the bottom of the sheet metal channel 15th rests. The lateral guidance of the guide roller 13 is effected by the arrangement of strained ropes 9.
