Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung (10) zur Positionierung und/oder Verlagerung einer in einer Papiermaschine eingesetzten Walze(14) , mit wenigstens einer an einem Maschinengestell (18) abgestützten Hubeinrichtung (20), die einerseits an dem Maschinengestell (18) und andererseits an einem der Walze (14) zugeordneten Lagerbock (22) angelenkt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) sowohl an dem Maschinengestell (18) als auch an dem der Walze (14) zugeordneten Lagerbock (22) jeweils allgemein quer zur Lastrichtung und Walzenachse verschiebbar befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Maschinengestell (18) bzw. dem Lagerbock (22) geführte schieberartige Koppelelemente (24, 26) vorgesehen sind und daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) an diesen Koppelelementen (24, 26) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) wenigstens einen Hubzylinder (20') umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein zwischen der Hubeinrichtung (20) und dem Maschinengestell (18) vorgesehener oberer Anlenkpunkt (28) so gewählt ist, daß die sich aufgrund einer lastbedingten Verformung des Maschinengestells (18) ergebende horizontale Verlagerung der Walze (14) auf ein Minimum reduziert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) und/oder der der Walze (14) zugeordnete Lagerbock (22) zusätzlich auch seitlich an dem Maschinengestell (18) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) im Bereich ihres an dem Lagerbock (22) angelenkten Endes seitlich an dem Maschinengestell (18) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die seitliche Anlenkung über wenigstens ein Stellglied (32) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die seitliche Anlenkung über wenigstens einen Stellzylinder (32) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß für einen jeweiligen Filzwechsel die Hubeinrichtung (20) und ggf. das Stellglied so ansteuerbar und/oder regelbar sind, daß die zu verlagernde Walze (14) zumindest im wesentlichen nur vertikal bewegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die seitliche Anlenkung bzw. das Stellglied (32) für einen jeweiligen Filzwechsel zumindest im wesentlichen kraftfrei ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) und das Stellglied (32) in kombinierter Weise derart ansteuerbar und/oder regelbar sind, daß die Walze (14) zumindest zeitweise in einer von der Vertikalen abweichenden Richtung verlagert wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walze (14) über das Stellglied (32) unabhängig vom Hub der Hubeinrichtung (20) seitlich auslenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walze (14) über das Stellglied (32) dann seitlich auslenkbar ist, wenn die Walze (14) mit der Hubeinrichtung (20) abgehoben und in oberer Position arretiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jedem einem jeweiligen Walzenende zugeordneten Lagerbock (22) jeweils wenigstens eine Hubvorrichtung (20) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich beider Walzenenden jeweils eine seitliche Anlenkung vorliegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubeinrichtung (20) einer oben liegenden Walze (14) einer wenigstens zwei Preßwalzen (14, 16) umfassenden Pressenanordnung (12) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß für die Hubeinrichtung (20) sowie für das Stellglied (32) eine mechanische Arretiervorrichtung vorgesehen ist, um die abgehobene und/oder ausgelenkte, durch die Walze (14) erzeugte Last gegen einen etwaigen Leitungsbruch abzusichern.
