- und mit einem auf dem kabelseitigen Abschnitt der Kabelführungshülse sitzenden Verriegelungsstück, das zwischen einer entriegelten Stellung und einer verriegelten Stellung bewegbar ist und in letzterer den kabelseitigen Abschnitt der Kabelführungshülse radial soweit zusammendrückt, daß der Bereich verminderten Innendurchmessers sich in den Mantel des Kabels eindrückt.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum zugentlasteten mechanischen Verbinden eines Kabels mit einem Steckverbinder oder einer anderen Armaturmit einer Kabelführungshülse (10, 40), die einen steckerseitigen Abschnitt (11, 41) zur mechanischen Verbindung mit dem kabelseitigen Ende des Steckverbinders (100) und einen kabelseitigen Abschnitt (12, 42) hat, der radial zusammendrückbar ist und innenseitig mindestens einen Bereich verminderten Innendurchmessers (14a, 14b, 44a) hat,und mit einem auf dem kabelseitigen Abschnitt (12, 42) der Kabelführungshülse (10, 40) sitzenden Verriegelungsstück (20, 50), das zwischen einer entriegelten Stellung und einer verriegelten Stellung bewegbar ist und in letzterer den kabelseitigen Abschnitt der Kabelführungshülse radial soweit zusammendrückt, daß der Bereich (1) verminderten Innendurchmessers sich in den Mantel des Kabels eindrückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabelführungshülse (10, 40) in ihrem kabelseitigen Abschnitt (12, 42) axial geschlitzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Bereich verminderten Innendurchmessers der Kabelführungshülse ring- oder ringsegmentförmig (14a, 14b, 44a) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der steckseitige Abschnitt (11, 41) der Kabelführungshülse (10, 40) ein Gewinde (11b, 41b) zur Verschraubung mit dem kabelseitigen Ende des Steckverbinders hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsstück (20, 50) in der entriegelten Stellung verliersicher (15, 21, 46, 52) auf der Kabelführungshülse (10, 40) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsstück in der verriegelten Stellung gesichert (18, 21, 48) auf der Kabelführungshülse (10, 40) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabelführungshülse (10) in ihrem kabelseitigen Abschnitt (12) nahe ihrem kabelseitigen Ende eine erste zylindrische Mantelfläche (16) mit einem ersten Durchmesser hat, an die sich in Richtung des steckseitigen Abschnitts (11) eine konische Mantelfläche (17) anschließt, die den Übergang zu einer zweiten zylindrischen Mantelfläche (19) mit einem zweiten, größeren Durchmesser bildet, und daß das Verriegelungsstück eine Schiebehülse (20) ist, deren lichter Innendurchmesser gleich dem oder größer als der Durchmesser der ersten Mantelfläche (16) und kleiner als der Durchmesser der zweiten Mantelfläche (19) des kabelseitigen Abschnitts (12) der Kabelführungshülse (10) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsstück eine Drehhülse (50) ist, deren lichter Innendurchmesser sich wenigstens über einen bestimmten axialen Bereich (51) in Umfangsrichtung zwischen einem kleineren Wert und einem größeren Wert ändert und daß sich im gleichen Bereich der Außendurchmesser des kabelseitigen Abschnitts (42) der Kabelführungshülse (40) in Umfangsrichtung gleichsinnig ändert, so daß eine Drehung der Drehhülse (50) in die verriegelte Stellung den kabelseitigen Abschnitt (42) der Kabelführungshülse (40) radial zusammendrückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kabelseitige Abschnitt (42) der Kabelführungshülse (40) in seiner Mantelfläche in Höhe der Bereiche größeren Außendurchmessers Mulden (48) hat, die komplementär zu den Bereichen (51b) mit dem kleineren lichten Innendurchmessers der Drehhülse (50) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellung der Drehhülse (50) relativ zu der Kabelführungshülse (40) zumindest in der verriegelten Stellung durch Anschlagmittel (49, 53) begrenzt ist.
