Claims (16)
- Steckverbinder zur Erzeugung einer gegenüber Staub und/oder Flüssigkeiten abgedichteten elektrisch leitenden Verbindung mit einer Steckerleiste (2), einem im zusammengesteckten Zustand mit der Steckerleiste (2) elektrisch leitend verbundenen Kabelbaumstecker (3) und einem Dichtmittel (4), das im zusammengesteckten Zustand des Steckverbinders (1) zwischen dem Gehäuse (5) der Steckerleiste (2) und dem Gehäuse (6) des Kabelbaumsteckers (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kabelbaumstecker (3) einen Aufnahmebereich (7) für mindestens ein darin einsetzbares Steckermodul (8) aufweist und daß der Aufnahmebereich (7) durch eine Moduldichtung (9) abdichtbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Steckermodule (8) parallel zu den Kontakten (16, 17) der Steckerleiste (2) in den Aufnahmebereich (7) einsetzbar sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebereich (7) eine oder mehrere Kammern (10, 11, 12) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammern (10, 11, 12) durch parallele Zwischenwände (13, 14) unterteilt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammern (10, 11, 12) an einer offenen Seite durch die Moduldichtung (9) abgedeckt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Moduldichtung (9) eine ebene Dichtplatte, insbesondere eine Gel-Dichtplatte ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der vom Steckermodul (8) abgewandten Seite der Moduldichtung (9) eine Druckplatte (19) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (19) gegen die Moduldichtung (9) vorspannbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (19) durch daran anliegende Anschlußleiter (20), insbesondere quer verlaufende Stanzgitterbahnen, vorgespannt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im zusammengesteckten Zustand eine vorstehende, äußere Gehäusewand (23) der Steckerleiste (2) von einem Wasserschutzkragen (24) des Kabelbaumsteckers (3) endseitig umgriffen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtmittel (4) am Kabelbaumstecker (3) angeordnet ist und gegen die vorstehende, äußere Gehäusewand (23) der Steckerleiste (2) dichtet.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckermodule (8) einen Grundkörper und darin eingesetzte leitfähige Steckkontakte oder Buchsenkontakte aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckermodule (8) in die Kammer (10) einsetzbare Grundkörper aus Kunststoff aufweisen, die zumindest in ihren Abmessungen parallel zur Steckrichtung gleich groß sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Steckermodule (8) ohne dazwischen angeordnete Zwischenwände (13, 14) im Aufnahmebereich (7) angeordnet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Moduldichtung (9) über mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Steckermodulen (8) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Steckermodule (8) für Leistungskontaktierung und Steckermodule (8) für Signalkontaktierung in einem Steckverbinder (1) modular angeordnet sind.
