Abstract

Steckverbinder (1) zur Erzeugung einer gegenüber Staub und/oder Flüssigkeiten abgedichteten elektrisch leitenden Verbindung mit einer Steckerleiste (2), einem im zusammengesteckten Zustand mit der Steckerleiste (2) elektrisch leitend verbundenen Kabelbaumstecker (3) und einem Dichtmittel (4), das im zusammengesteckten Zustand des Steckverbinders (1) zwischen dem Gehäuse (5) der Steckerleiste (2) und dem Gehäuse (6) des Kabelbaumsteckers (3) angeordnet ist, wobei der Kabelbaumstecker (3) einen Aufnahmebereich (7) für mindestens ein darin einsetzbares Steckermodul (8) aufweist und daß der Aufnahmebereich (7) durch eine Moduldichtung (9) abdichtbar ist.
