Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von rohrförmigen Behältern (9) mit einem Stapel (19) von scheibenförmigen Produkten (3), insbesondere Potatoe-Chips, umfassend:einen Zufuhrförderer (1) zur Zufuhr der flachseitig aneinander liegenden Produkte (3) in einer Förderrichtung (A),eine Transporteinrichtung (30) für die Behälter (9) mit einer Einfüllstation (20) und einer Entladestation (35), undmindestens ein längs des Stapels (19) in den Behälter (9) einfahrbares, in Förderrichtung (A) hin und her verschiebbares Führungsmittel (18, 24), das am in Förderrichtung (A) vorderen Ende ein Haltemittel (25) aufweist, welches aus einer ersten Stellung, in welcher es in den Querschnitt des Stapels (19) hineinragt, in eine zweite Stellung bewegbar ist, in welcher es ausserhalb des Querschnitts des Stapels (19) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei an zwei gegenüber liegenden Seiten des Stapels (19) je ein Führungsmittel (18, 24) mit einem Haltemittel (25) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Haltemittel (25) an einer um seine Achse schwenkbaren Stange (24) angeordnet ist und annähernd senkrecht von dieser Stange (24) absteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Stange (24) in dem stabförmig ausgebildeten Führungsmittel (18) schwenkbar gelagert ist, und wobei der Querschnitt des Führungsmittels (18) vorzugsweise sichelförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stirnansicht des Haltemittels (25) in der zweiten Stellung mindestens teilweise deckungsgleich mit dem Querschnitt des Führungsmittels (18) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei die Stangen (24) ausserhalb der horizontalen Mittelebene des Stapels (19) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei sie zusätzlich einen Schieber (6) zum Einschieben des Stapels (19) in den Behälter (9) aufweist, wobei der Schieber (6) in Förderrichtung (A) und quer dazu verschiebbar ist, und wobei zusätzlich ein quer zur Förderrichtung (A) verschiebbares Separierschwert (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Haltemittel (25) über einen mechanischen Kurbeltrieb (26, 27) und einen Hubzylinder oder einen Linearmotor (29) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei entweder der Querschnitt des Behälters (9) kreisförmig und die Produkte (3) oval oder der Querschnitt des Behälters (9) oval und die Produkte (3) kreisförmig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Transporteinrichtung (30) als drehbares Sternrad (32) ausgebildet ist.
