Abstract
Description
From US-A-4,052,838 is an apparatus for packaging Stacking flat-shaped, disc-shaped products, namely potato chips, in tubular packaging containers known. On a downward sloping vibrating trough a continuous flow of products promoted. By means of two im Distance from each other over the trough arranged lances, which product stacks are formed alternately. A separated stack slides into one of a star shape on one Turnstile arranged tubes. Once this is filled the turnstile becomes a step around a horizontal axis turned on. In a subsequent station, the pipe a container closed on one side with a bottom. When the turnstile is turned further, the filled container becomes parked standing on a conveyor belt.
Because the products are first filled into a tube and the Container is slipped over the pipe, the container must be one have a larger diameter than actually to hold the products would be required. When the stack slides into the tube can tip the front slices of the stack, causing interference leads because there is no longer space for the whole stack in the pipe Has. This also results in underweight packs. These have to be eliminated.
The present invention has for its object a device of the above type in such a way that the aforementioned Disadvantages are avoided. This task is accomplished by the Combination of features of the claims solved.

3, z.B. Potatoe-Chips, horizontal in Förderrichtung A angeliefert.
On a
On a
The base of
A verlaufende Achse 31 in Schritten von 90° drehbares
Sternrad 32.
The
19 vom Strang 2 abtrennen.
In operation, the device described works as follows: In
the initial position, the separation sword 5 is lowered and holds
the strand 2 back. The
As shown in Figure 3b, the rod-shaped guide means
18 be crescent-shaped. This enables one
particularly good guidance of the
The device described enables safe filling
