Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner for cleaning purposes, with a dirt container through which a suction flow is led, wherein dirt through at least one filter device in the Dirt container is separated.
- Such a vacuum cleaner for cleaning purposes known for example from DE 42 09 269 C2.
- the here in The airflow entering the dirt container is blocked by a Surface filter freed of dirt, whereby the dirt particles in the Dirt containers are separated.
- Such surface filters are formed by rectangular filter cartridges that are very narrow Have passage openings to serve as a fine filter can.
- the invention is based on the object To create a vacuum cleaner that is simpler and more compact Design prevents excessive contamination of fine filters.
- Coarse filter carrier By covering the dirt container with a detachable one Coarse filter carrier is reliably achieved that coarser Dirt particles must be separated before reaching the fine filter. As a result, a segregation of Metal chips and Like. Achieved, such as in the Suction on milling machines and. Like. is important. By the This makes the quick-release coarse filter carrier faster Exchange of the dirt container possible, so that for example Change from aluminum processing to brass processing quick change of the dirt container to the sorted one Sorting the metal chips is possible.
- the dirt container has one Handle on, through which the Dirt container together with the very heavy metal chips can be removed from the vacuum cleaner.
- the handle on the dirt container is preferably attached to this on the one hand with screws Manufacture of the dirt container (e.g. by deep drawing, Blow molding or plastic injection molding).
- the storage of the Dirt container possible in a stacked manner.
- at least one for each type of material Dirt containers are stored or the return transport is empty Dirt containers can be carried out in a compact manner.
- the coarse filter carrier On the coarse filter carrier is also preferably a nozzle for Dirty air line arranged so that the Coarse filter carrier in a corresponding passage opening in the Dirt container can be threaded. This will Removing or putting on the coarse filter carrier is essential facilitated.
- On the coarse filter carrier are also preferred Coarse filter grid insertable, so that the degree of transmittance of the Coarse filter depending on the material to be extracted in a simple manner can be adjusted.
- These coarse filters, especially wire mesh also serve to remove hot metal chips when vacuuming keep away from the heat-sensitive fine filter arrangement.
- a dirt container 1 in perspective view shown in a known vacuum cleaner for example, according to the type mentioned, can be used.
- the dirt container 1 is bucket or bucket-shaped as a plastic molding educated.
- On the top is a handle 2 provided, preferably by means of screws 3 on the upper edge is attached. This makes it simple and safe It is possible to lift the dirt container out of the vacuum cleaner, even when completely filled with heavy dirt particles or Metal shavings.
- the dirt container 1 is from a coarse filter carrier 4 covered, which is frame-shaped and on the outer circumference the contour of the dirt container 1 is adapted.
- the state of the coarse filter carrier 4 thus seals at least against the Passage of coarse particles, so that these in Dirt container 1 are retained.
- the suction air flow is through coarse filter 6 towards the top, Fine filters not shown forwarded.
- the coarse filter carrier 4 also has a nozzle 5, with according to the coarse filter carrier 4 in the form of a threading movement the dashed arrow into an appropriately trained one Passage opening in the upper corner area of the dirt container 1 is threaded.
- this passage opening through which the contaminated air flow into the Dirt container 1 occurs, a certain cyclone effect achieved, i.e. the separation of particularly heavy parts in achieved the dirt container 1.
- the air flow then follows through the coarse filters 6 above, these coarse filters 6 preferably by a wire mesh or similar mesh be formed.
- four such coarse filters 6 are provided, which correspond to the shown arrow laterally in the coarse filter carrier 4th can be inserted.
- the coarse filter 6 can be adapted here different mesh sizes for the material to be extracted exhibit.
- the central division of the coarse filter units 6 is here through the use of two arranged above it Fine filter justified and also by the course of the middle Handle 2. Of course, the coarse filter carrier 4 equipped with only two or a single coarse filter 6 become.
- the coarse filter carrier 4 also has the right one here Side through openings 9, in the level sensors can be introduced to the fill level in the dirt container 1 too record and when completely filled a corresponding Give a warning signal or the vacuum cleaner automatically switch off.
- Above the central, bulge-like elevation of the Coarse filter carrier 4 for covering the handle 2 is one Cover 7 provided, which here by means of screws 8 on Coarse filter carrier 4 is attached.
- screws 8 on Coarse filter carrier 4 is attached.
- Fastening options for example snap connections or the like possible.
- This also applies to handle 2 Attachment to the dirt container 1.
- Through the one shown here rectangular basic shape of the cover 7 is also a separation and fixing those located over the two coarse filter halves Fine filter reached.
- the entire unit of the Coarse filter carrier 4 when changing the dirt container 1 are lifted off, namely by lifting them slightly to the side and Unthreading the nozzle 5 from the relevant opening in the corner area of the dirt container 1. Put on the Coarse filter carrier 4 then takes place in reverse Order according to the dashed arrow. This serves the raised edge of the coarse filter carrier 4 in addition to the restraint of filter dust also an exact fixation.
- dirt container 1 next to the Version shown here, from above into the vacuum cleaner is also used as an integral, removable part of the Dirt cleaner can be formed.
