Claims (12)

  1. Rollbehälter (1) zum Sammeln von Abfällen, aufweisend ein auf Rädern (3) montiertes Gefäß (2) und einen Deckel (4) zum unterstützten Verschließen, der bezüglich des Gefäßes (2) mittels Seitenarmen (5), die zusammenwirkend mit dem Deckel (4) ausgebildet und gelenkig mit den Seitenwänden (6) des Gefäßes (2) verbunden sind, schwenkbar montiert ist, aufweisend eine Vorrichtung zum Blockieren des Deckels (4) in einer Zwischenposition, bevor er seine vollständige geschlossene Position erreicht, wobei der Deckel (4) und das Gefäß (2) in der Zwischenposition einen Raum (18) vorbestimmter Größe offenhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Blockieren des Deckels (4) eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung (16, 19; 16, 40, 42, 45; 40, 42, 45, 50) ist, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie zu ihrer Entriegelung eine spezifische Betätigung erfordert, die gleichzeitig an zwei Stellen (10; 40) des Deckels (4) vorgenommen werden muss, welche voneinander ausreichend beabstandet sind, dass ein Kind sie normalerweise nicht erreicht.
  2. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (16, 19; 16, 40, 42, 45; 40, 42, 45, 50) so ausgelegt ist, dass die spezifische Betätigung der Entriegelung im Inneren von Verstärkungen (10) des Deckels (4) erfolgen muss, welche vorzugsweise an seiner Vorderseite vorgesehen sind.
  3. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (16, 19; 16, 40, 42, 45; 40, 42, 45, 50) so angeordnet ist, dass die spezifische Betätigung der Entriegelung an zwei vorzugsweise an der Vorderseite des Deckels (4) vorgesehenen Griffen erfolgen muss.
  4. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffe (40) so angeordnet sind, dass sie einem Benutzer ihre Handhabung dadurch gestatten, dass sie mit den Daumen nach unten gedrückt werden, wobei die anderen Finger an den Drehgriffen (21) des Deckels (4) anliegen.
  5. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Drehgriffe (21) in den Verstärkungen (10) des Deckels befinden.
  6. Rollbehälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (16, 19; 16, 40, 42, 45; 40, 42, 45, 50) zwei Hebel (19; 42) aufweist, die jeweils drehbar an dem Deckel (4) montiert und geeignet sind, mit einem Ende (23; 42c) an einer Anschlagfläche (16; 50) anzuschlagen, welche einstückig mit einer Seitenwand (6) des Gefäßes (2) gebildet ist, um den Deckel (4) in der Zwischenposition zu halten.
  7. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (19) jeweils an dem Deckel (4) so montiert sind, dass sie um eine geometrische Drehachse (y), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der geometrischen Drehachse des Deckels (4) verläuft, schwenkbar sind.
  8. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Hebel (42) jeweils um eine geometrische Drehachse (K), welche im Wesentlichen parallel zu der geometrischen Drehachse (K) des Deckels verläuft, drehbar montiert ist.
  9. Rollbehälter (1) nach Ansprüche 3 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Hebel (42) jeweils über einen Arm (45) mit dem entsprechenden Griff (40) verbunden ist, wobei der Arm (45) an einem Ende mit einer Gabel oder einer entsprechenden Öffnung (46) versehen und so ausgelegt ist, dass eine Drehung des Griffs (40) zu einer Drehung des Hebels (42) führt.
  10. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Griff (40) jeweils durch elastische Rückholmittel, vorzugsweise durch eine Spiralfeder (48), welche dieselbe Achse wie die geometrische Drehachse (Z) des Griffs (40) aufweist, in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückgeholt wird.
  11. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagfläche durch eine in einer sich über den Behälter (2) erstreckenden Wange (11) ausgeführte Kerbe (16) definiert ist.
  12. Rollbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagfläche durch ein Anschlagelement (50), das an einer sich über den Behälter (2) verlängernden Wange (11) angeformt oder angebracht ist, definiert ist.
