Claims (16)
- Schneidplatte für ein spanabhebendes Bearbeitungswerkzeug, insbesondere ein Fräswerkzeug, mit mindestens einer Schneide (7) und mindestens zwei zueinander beabstandeten Durchbrüchen (2, 3) zur Positionierung und/oder Befestigung der Schneidplatte (1) im Werkzeugtragkörper (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der Durchbrüche (2;3) im Profil (4) polygonal ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Durchbruch (3;2) wenigstens eine parallel zu einer Achse (13) verlaufende Kante (3',2') aufweist.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Durchbruch (3) kreisrund ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Durchbruch (3) als Langloch ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Durchbruch (2) halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Durchbrüche (2, 3) im Profil (4) polygonal ausgebildet und die Profile (4) zueinander verdreht sind.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Durchbruch (3) mit einer Längsseite seines Profils (4) parallel zur Werkzeugachse W verlaufend und der andere Durchbruch (2) mit einer Spitze seines Profils (4) zur Werkzeugachse W weisend angeordnet ist.
- Schneidplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (2, 3) im Profil (4) im wesentlichen dreieckförmig ausgebildet sind, und daß die Profile (4) zueinander um mindestens 60° verdreht sind.
- Schneidplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Durchbrüchen (2, 3, 23) vorgesehen ist, von denen nur zwei (2, 3) ein polygonales Profil (4) aufweisen.
- Schneidplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (2, 3) unbearbeitet, insbesondere nicht geschliffen sind.
- Schneidplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ecken des Polygonprofils (4) abgerundet sind.
- Schneidplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an allen vier Seiten Schneiden (7, 8, 8', 9) vorgesehen sind.
- Bearbeitungswerkzeug, insbesondere Fräswerkzeug, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schneidplatte (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
- Bearbeitungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Positionierung der Schneidplatte (1) im Werkzeugträger (10) zwei in der Lage zu den Durchbrüchen (2, 3) mit polygonalem Profil (4) korrespondierende Zylinderstifte (5, 6; 11, 12) vorgesehen oder vorsehbar sind, deren Durchmesser (D) kleiner ist als der innerhalb des Polygons ziehbare Innenkreis (Inkreis).
- Bearbeitungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei die Schneidplatte (1) über eine Stützplatte (17) im Werkzeugtragkörper (10) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausschließlich die Stützplatte (17) der Schneide (7) der Schneidplatte (1) entsprechend profiliert ist.
- Bearbeitungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius (r) der abgerundeten Ecken des Profils (4) kleiner ist als der Radius D/2 der Zylinderstifte (5, 6; 11, 12).
