Abstract

Bei dieser Verdrilleinrichtung (1) werden gleichzeitig drei Leiterpaare bearbeitet. Die vorauseilenden Leiterenden werden von einer ersten Schwenkeinheit 4 zur Bearbeitung und Bestückung ersten Automaten (5,6,7) zugeführt. Dann übernimmt ein Auszugschlitten (8) die vorauseilenden Leiterenden und zieht die Leiter (2) auf die gewünschte Länge aus. Ein Übernahmemodul (9) übernimmt die vorauseilenden Leiterenden und bringt diese zu einem Verdrillkopf (15). Die nacheilenden Leiterenden werden von einer zweiten Schwenkeinheit (10) übernommen und zur Bearbeitung und Bestückung zweiten Automaten (11) zugeführt. Ein Transfermodul (12) übernimmt die fertig bearbeiteten nacheilenden Leiterenden und übergibt diese einem Haltemodul (13). Das sich zwischen Haltemodul (13) und Verdrillkopf (15) befindliche Leiterpaar (3) wird mit geregelter Zugkraft verdrillt und gelangt dann in eine Ablage (16). Gleichzeitig werden die vorauseilenden Leiterenden eines Leiterpaares bearbeitet und bestückt, ein ausgezogenes Leiterpaar bearbeitet, bestückt und übergeben und ein Leiterpaar verdrillt.
