Abstract
Description
Zur Erzeugung der langen Holzspäne werden eigens dafür geplante Maschinen verwendet welche die Späne über die gesamte Länge der Holzstücke, parallel zum Verlauf der Holzfasern, abhobeln. Die so erzeugten Späne sind, in Bezug auf ihrem Querschnitt sehr lang und flexibel, der Querschnitt der Späne hat über die gesamte Spanlänge gleiche Ausmaße und gleichbleibende Form.
Die Erzeugung des Grundmaterials für die Produktion dieser Paneele erfordert also eigens dafür entwickelte Maschinen und möglichst astloses Holz welches eine bestimmte Länge und möglichst geradlinig und parallel verlaufende Fasern aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Leichtbaustein aus relativ groben Holzhackschnitzeln hergestellt wird, welche zum Beispiel von Maschinen produziert werden wie sie für die Holzschnitzelherstellung für Heizungsanlagen oder für die Spanplattenherstellung bekannt sind. Diese Holzhackschnitzel werden eventuell aus Recyclingholz, ohne besondere
Vorteilhafterweise werden die Holzhackschnitzel einer Behandlung zum Schutz gegen Zersetzung, Pitzbildung und Eindringen von Insekten unterzogen und darauf mit einem Bindemittel (Zement) vermengt welches einen, jedes Holzhackschnitzel umschließenden, Film bildet um darauf in eine Form gepreßt zu werden um auf bekannte Weise einen Hohlbaustein oder Vollbaustein zu formen.
Claims (4)
- Leichtbaustein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem Gemisch von Holzhackschnitzel (1) mit eventuell zackiger, nicht sehr langer Form, welche ohne Berücksichtigung der Faserrichtung hergestellt worden sind, vermengt mit einem Bindemittel (2, 4) welches die gesamte Außenfläche der einzelnen Hackschnitzel (1) bedeckt, hergestellt ist.
- Leichtbaustein gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Hackschnitzel (1) untereinander durch Kohäsion des die einzelnen Hackschnitzel (1) bedeckenden Bindemittelfilmes (2) unter Einschluß von Luft in den dazwischenliegenden Hohlräumen, verbunden sind.
- Leichtbaustein gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenräume (3) zwischen den einzelnen Hackschnitzeln (1) vollständig mit Bindemittel (4) ausgefüllt sind.
- Leichtbaustein gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischung für die Herstellung des Leichtbausteines bekannte Kompomenten beigemengt werden weloche durch Gasentwicklung Hohlräume erzeugen.
