Claims (21)
- System zum bedarfsabhängigen Erzeugen eines von einer Person wahrnehmbaren Signals zu einem oder mehreren vorbestimmten Zeitpunkten, bis zu dem oder denen die Einnahme eines oder mehrerer Medikamente erfolgt sein muß oder eine zeitgebundene medizinische Maßnahme durchzuführen ist, wobei das System umfaßt:eine mit einer Zeitmeßeinrichtung versehene Steuerungseinrichtung (1), die innerhalb des Gebäudes an einem ersten Ort angebracht oder anbringbar ist, und die mit dem oder den Signalgabezeitpunkten belegt oder belegbar ist, undwenigstens eine hierzu externe Signaleinrichtung (4, 5, 14, 17, 18), die innerhalb oder im Bereich desselben Gebäudes an einem zweiten Ort stationär angebracht oder plazierbar ist und unter Verwendung einer Kommunikationsverbindung (3, 13, 16, 19) eines gebäudeseitig vorgesehenen Kommunikationssystems mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) kommuniziert, und an oder mittels welcher das zeitabhängige Signal mittels eines entsprechenden Befehls von der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) im Bedarfsfall erzeugbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kommunikationsverbindung (3, 13, 16) mittels hauptsächlich gebäudeseitig verlegter und/oder verlegbarer Leitungen und/oder funkgestützt realisiert ist.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gebäudeseitige Kommunikationssystem ein EIB-Buss (3) ist.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gegebenenfalls zusätzlich eine drahtlose Kommunikationsverbindung (19) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Signaleinrichtungen optische, akustische und/oder mechanische Signaleinrichtungen (4, 5, 14, 17, 18) vorgesehen sind.
- System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als akustische und optische Signaleinrichtung eine gebäudeseitig vorgesehene Klingel (4), eine oder mehrere gebäudeseitig vorgesehene Beleuchtungseinrichtungen (5, 5a), ein Rundfunkempfänger (17) und/oder eine oder mehrere das Signal in Form einer visuellen Anzeige wiedergebende Anzeigeeinrichtungen, insbesondere in Form eines Fernseher (14) verwendet sind.
- System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als zusätzliche mechanische, akustische und/oder optische Signaleinrichtung eine von der betroffenen Person zu tragende, mechanische, akustische und/oder optische Signale erzeugende und mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) über die drahtlose Kommunikationsverbindung (19) kommunizierende Einrichtung (18) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) wenigstens ein Mittel (10, 10a, 11, 15, 20) zugeordnet ist, mittels welchem benutzerseitig die rechtzeitige Einnahme der Medikamente anzeigbar ist, wobei die Auslösung des Signals in Abhängigkeit der Anzeige erfolgt.
- System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (10, 10a, 11, 15, 20) über Kommunikationsverbindungen (3, 12, 13, 21), insbesondere über die Leitungen, vorzugsweise den EIB-Bus mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) in Kommunikationsverbindung stehen.
- System nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mittel Schaltelemente (10, 10a), insbesondere in Form von gebäudeseitig vorgesehenen Lichtschaltern (6, 6a) oder ein Bedienungselement der Anzeigeeinrichtung, insbesondere in Form einer Fernbedienung (15) verwendet werden.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Medikamentenausgabeeinrichtung (20) umfaßt, welche mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) kommunizierend verbunden ist und bei zeitgerechter Entnahme des Medikamente das Anzeigesignal erzeugt.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Einsatz mehrerer Signaleinrichtungen (4, 5, 14, 17, 18) das Signal an einer oder an mehreren, gegebenenfalls allen Signaleinrichtungen (4, 5, 14, 17, 18) erzeugbar ist.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) ein oder mehrere Signalgabezeitpunkte für mehrere unterschiedliche Medikamente belegt oder belegbar sind, und daß für jedes Medikament ein spezifisches Signal, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung einer spezifischen Signaleinrichtung (4, 5, 14, 17, 18), erzeugbar ist.
- System nach einem der vorangeheden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungseinrichtung (1) derart ausgebildet ist, daß das Signal wenigstens ein zweites Mal zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ausgebbar ist.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System wenigstens eine Erfassungseinrichtung (6, 6a, 7, 7a, 8, 9, 9a, 14, 17) zur Ermittlung der Anwesenheit einer Person innerhalb des Gebäudes umfaßt, die mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) kommuniziert, wobei das Signal das weitere Mal in Abhängigkeit des Ermittlungsergebnisses erzeugt wird.
- System nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erfassungseinrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie die Betätigung oder Bewegung einer Tür (8) oder die Bewegung einer Person (9, 9a) ermittelt, oder daß die Erfassungseinrichtung ein betätigbarer Schalter (7, 7a) oder Lichtschalter (6, 6a) o.dgl. ist, oder daß als Erfassungseinrichtung ein Rundfunkempfänger (17) oder Fernseher (14) verwendet wird, wobei das Ermittlungsergebniss in Abhängigkeit vom Betrieb des Rundfunkempfängers oder Fernsehrs gegeben wird.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es wenigstens eine Anzeigeeinrichtung, gegebenenfalls in Form des als Signaleinrichtung dienenden Fernsehers (14) umfaßt, an welcher im Falle der Erzeugung eines Signals von der Steuerungseinrichtung (1) gesteuert Informationen ausgebbar sind, gegebenenfalls zu einem zur Signalgabe späteren Zeitpunkt.
- System nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auszugebenden Informationen in Abhängigkeit steuerungsseitig vorhandener medikamentenund/oder patientenspezifscher Informationen und/oder der seit einem einnahmerelevanten Zeitpunkt verstrichenen Zeitdauer erzeugbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Steuerungseinrichtung als ausgebbare Informationen medikamentenspezifische Informationen, insbesondere über die Dosierung und den Medikamentennamen, abgelegt sind.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungseinrichtung (1) zur automatischen Herstellung einer Kommunikationsverbindung, insbesondere einer Telekommunikationsverbindung zu einer externen Hilfestelle im Falle der Erzeugung eines Signals und ermittelter Anwesenheit einer Person ausgebildet ist.
- System nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerungseinrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, daß ein externer Zugriff auf die dort abgelegten Informationen möglich ist.
