Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour former une monocouche passant par une structure d'identification et de séparation de corps étrangers, à partir d'un flux de matière de faible densité, en couche épaisse, introduit en continu, dispositif présentant une voie de bandes transporteuses accélérant et étirant le flux de matière introduit, caractérisé en ce que la voie de bandes transporteuses comprend un groupe de bandes en cascade (4) constitué d'au moins deux bandes accélératrices (6, 7) placées l'une à la suite de l'autre dans la direction de transport (flèche 2) et, à la bande accélératrice (7) disposée en aval de la première bande accélératrice (6), est adjointe une bande supérieure (8) défilant conjointement avec elle de façon synchrone.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au groupe de bandes en cascade (4) est adjoint un moyen transporteur de chargement (18) sous forme d'une goulotte de transport oscillante (19) introduisant le produit à transporter sous une épaisseur de couche de l'ordre de 7 cm environ.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de deux bandes accélératrices (6, 7) placées l'une à la suite de l'autre, la bande accélératrice (6) située en amont, par rapport à la direction de transport, peut être entraînée à une vitesse de l'ordre de 2,5 à 3,5 m/s environ, approchant la vitesse de mise en suspension du produit à transporter.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande accélératrice (7) et la bande supérieure (8) à défilement conjoint, forment ensemble un canal de transport (13) fermé sur les côtés, qui est convergent dans la direction de transport (flèche 2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande accélératrice (6), située en amont, et la bande accélératrice (7), située en aval, peuvent être entraînées suivant un rapport de vitesses tel, qu'une épaisseur de couche du flux de matière s'établissant sur la bande accélératrice (6) située en amont soit, sur la bande accélératrice (7) située en aval, réduite de l'ordre de la moitié environ.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens transporteurs de chargement (18) et le groupe de bandes en cascade (4) forment une section de transport d'orientation essentiellement horizontale.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le canal de transport (13) est délimité par des cornières latérales (14, 16), sur les branches horizontales desquelles la bande supérieure (8) est guidée suivant leur longueur, en contact frottant avec elles, et dont les branches verticales sont pourvues de lèvres d'étanchéité (17) en contact avec la bande accélératrice (7).
